Stopped to use the bathroom and almost went to a different gas station in the area it was so gross. The toilets, sinks, and floors very obviously have not been scrubbed in a while. They certainly missed the mark. Go to one of the other many gas stations in the area.

11 PM after a 12 hour shift at the hospital, needing air for the tires. Pay for the air, $2.50, and then realize that the head on the hose is broken and it can’t be used. This was the third gas station I had been to, none of them with working air. There is snow, it’s cold, it’s dark. I just need to get home. i’d already lost my money at another gas station, so I decided to go in and asked to be reimbursed. The gentleman behind the counter was VERY polite, despite my frustration, reimbursed me, and then explained that it’s corporate policy that they can’t put signs anywhere. For example, an “out of order“ on the air machine. I now have a portable air compressor in my trunk. This had been my after shift snack stop . . . Not any more. It’s ok, better for my health.

well, I'm confused. pulled off the highway to see that big beautiful 2.45 sign. turns out they're out of the 245 gas, and that was priced at $2.79. this seems at least mildly deceptive. please do better.

The "Hello, welcome!" When you walk in the door is completing lost when they don't talk to you during check out. There is always trash throughout the parking lot. This store is not in acceptable condition.

I purchased a lottery ticket here, and the employee properly asked to see my ID. I was impatient and rude to her about it, and I want to apologize. Please know that you have an outstanding employee who handles difficult customers like me, especially during the holiday season. I hope you consider throwing a holiday party for her or giving her a bonus. Thank you! 🙇

Pump was super slow at pumping and out of receipt paper. There was no window cleaner in the squeegee bucket. Cashier unfriendly. The bathroom had two stalls, the lock on the big one is broken and the small stall didn't have toilet paper. No paper towels.

This place excels at low gas prices, so I didn't give it 1 star, but it fails at most everything else. The receipt printers on the pumps never work. Last time, half of the pumps didn't work. Worse, haven't they heard of orange cones? I detest playing games guessing which pumps are working. By the time you see the bag over the nozzle, you are almost beside the pump and have to maneuver around others looking for working pumps.

Carissa the store is the worst I’ve ever seen it. I did way better despite all the stores the corporate gave me. It has never been this bad I’ll be by tomorrow I hope your fountain drinks are at least functional so I may bump this up to a 3 star. At least there’s not a bunch of music playing. If you understand what I’m saying. If you want to get example across the street and look at Circle K that store is immaculate.

The service here sucks.
The older ladies in the morning on Sat. Were super rude . Will not be returning and i advise people go to the gas station across theway, do not waste your time or money here.

Had my card skimmed here twice, once at the pump and once from inside, had to be an inside job. Use this station at your peril!

This place is ridiculous there is always something wrong with the lattee and espresso machine but to make things worse the little red haired chick that works there is extremely rude about it she is very disrespectful and unprofessional about how she carries herself when there is a problem she literally goes out of her way to make you more upset than you already are after finding out your not going to have your coffee this morning! All I want is to have a coffee on my way to work and unfortunately this is the only 7/11 that has what I want I don't think it's a lot to ask and I definitely don't need the store clerk to go out of her way like a spoiled child to make my morning even worse than it already is
