After the 711 on frontage road refused to exchange a defective leaking amerigas propane tank they sold me, I came to this store and Julia was very concerned about the situation and did not hesitate to exchange the hazardous tank for no additional cost. Exceptional customer service and responsible staff. Thank you!

They randomly close when they want to and turned my son away trying to use an ATM and when I called to ask when they closed he was surprised at the question and told me they are 24hrs. Showed up at 8:55pm and he said they were closed but when I called not even 20 minutes later they were magically open! I've lived over here for at least 4 years and no matter how busy they are or how many trucks are there to stock they are always open!

I stop here every morning for Coffee for the last 4 years. Employees and Staff are the BEST! I'm giving 1 star based on the environment that they are forced to work in. On Monday morning there was a god awful smell to the place which was coming from their drink machines, and when I went to get ice there was black fuzz and orange gunk on the ice. I also saw a mouse scurrying around the back of those machines along with droppings on the counters. Corp really needs to take a closer look on the maintenance in that store. Not fair to the workers to be forced to work in those types of condition without hazmat clothing. So Gross.

Typically nothing here that really throws you off. But today I purchased something that I got specifically because the price was good for the product. Checking out the price was not what was listed. I mentioned it to the clerk and their response verbatim was "yeah I wouldn't trust the listed prices... You can take it up with the manager if you want."I'm not a Karen tryna call out a manager cause I'm literally just stopping at a gas station. But, that may be the least confident response I've heard from an employee anywhere ever." Like yeah don't trust what we say it's just weird haha."Dont raise minimum wage for this...

Their prices are NOT accurate as they up-charge ar the register. I purchased a iPhone six converter (regular price, non on sale) for $14.99 and got charged $17.99

Gas is super cheap. Something is off with the station. First pressed regular and it tried to pump premium, then got it to regular and it pumped more gallons than it should have. Go elsewhere.Update after response: I can say for a fact that when I pressed regular, that premium was selected. There was another guy there yelling something about the pump steeling from him. I don't know what he was referring too, but something is off with this station.

Wasn't happy with the fact that they charge full price for a cup of ice. And the clerks were rather rude too. Having a chat-a-thon talking away with each other and put off by "customers" trying to make a purchase.

I've stopped by pretty much every day for a month and they have not been opened even once. They are not 24/7, they seem to only be opened from 6am till noon from what I can tell. Will just be going to circle k from now on when after they reopen

This is the nicest staff and customer service I've encountered, pretty much across the country. They are outstanding human beings. And seeing that they had a night shift quit all at once. I hope the owner of this place realizes the value their employees bring. This has been my favorite 7-11 for years. Even half staffed they are here everyday ready to work and share a smile. Thank you 7-11 workers. You're inspirational in a struggling world. To the owner of this location; treat this guts right and pay them well. They are worth so much more than you realize in customer service alone. In spite of all the ups and downs and ungrateful people that can't see what they are dealing with... They shine brightly, above and beyond!
