I had a collision accident to take in and they were prompt, professional, timely and communicative. It was a real pleasure working with all the staff. About 6 weeks post repair I had a problem with the latch on my lift gate. I called them up and Chris the Manager invited me to bring it in for a quick check. I showed up they looked at it, fixed the issue immediately and again with wonderful customer service. Great people and a nice facility, i recommend them.

This shop is the most professional body shop I've ever used. Everyone I've had interactions with has been exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Tracy Ramos and Chris, a Service Manager who has both gone above and beyond to help my Toyota get fixed correctly. Chris even solved a problem that wasn't their responsibility!

I came here after an accident that completely totaled my car! I was distraught and did not know what I was going to do! If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing auto body work, I wholeheartedly recommend Caliber Collision. Parker W. Was handling my case and her compassion and professionalism shone through. She immediately understood how distraught I was and took the time to genuinely console me. She listened patiently, answered all my questions with clarity, and walked me through every step of the process with such grace. She and Caliber were, quite simply, fantastic!

On 06-03-2025 around 8:30am, I visited your 1840 Boston Ave, Longmont, CO 80501 location to inspect and retrieve my personal belongings in the vehicle so the estimate and repairs could proceed. We chose your body shop specifically for thorough screening and testing that I was assured would take place on my vehicle. After multiple failed requests, via Email and SMS Messaging for the certified report, I decided to stop by in person on 06/03/2025. Your employee ensured me the vehicle was clean and free of dangerous substances for myself (which is immune compromised) and I was clear to start retrieving items from the truck. Your employee showed me the front page that was green and page 10 of the report where it says it was cleared by your third-party testing company. During or following this encounter, I began to experience symptoms, so I immediately stopped inspecting the vehicle. I left and about thirty minutes later I came back to my office to review the entire report where I found the vehicle was in fact positive for Methamphetamine and had paraphernalia discovered by the agency. I sent an email questioning this report, where they clearly had Drug Pipes in the car pictured and documented, and received no response back. Upon further investigation and a subsequent medical evaluation from my doctor, it was determined that I had been exposed to hazardous methamphetamine residue or contamination from the vehicle at your facility. You assured me you were the best for drug testing and ensuring my vehicle was safe..... I trusted you.... Please do a more thorough job in educating your next customer so they don't have to go through what i have had to with your company.
