Terrible experience. I'm a woman who works in construction, and a male employee took it upon himself to mainsplan a problem he didn't understand for 20+ minutes. Even spent some time bragging about himself, when it looks like he attracts flies as a hobby. Never going back.

I had an exceptional experience at Ace Hardware! David was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the purchase of a Big Green Egg. He answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
The delivery team was equally fantastic. Not only did they deliver the grill on time, but they also went above and beyond to set it up and explain how to use it properly. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process seamless.
Thank you to David and the delivery team for outstanding service. Highly recommend Ace Hardware for their top-notch customer care!

Update. Really tried. Was told it would take six days to get a key. Still don't have it still haven't even ordered it. This is purely a management problem. They don't care about this store enough to care about employees to have them care about customer service. Hopefully new management will come soon and help this place. If it were for confused old people they wouldn't have customers

The best things about Ace is that you can find a associate and if you need that little screw or odd threaded bolt you can find it and you don't have to buy a box of 100 when you only need a few.

The size, staff and quality of product and staff knowledge reminds me of the "old" Hardware store where the staff had /has friendly first hand advice on the products that they sell.

I want to love Ace Hardware but this experience isn’t helping that feeling... I called about a large screen sliding door in need of replacement. Spoke to somebody on the phone who said “yes we can do that” to the (accurate) dimensions I gave and said to stop by. I bring the screen to the service counter an hour later and was told that is “too large” for us to replace. I mentioned something about the previous phone conversation and was totally ignored. Having screen replacement experience myself, I was puzzled by this…
The local Longmont business I then took the screen to was absolutely puzzled why Ace was unable to perform the repair. Apparently, good help is hard to find these days. Ace dropped a few notches in my book after this.

Ran in to get zip ties. Hailey checked me out. Never greeted me when I walked up to her register, asked about rewards with monotone voice and never said thank you or anything to me at the end of the sale. She seemed miserable to be here. Not a good person to have at a register or at all with her attitude.

Goodness Gravy with beans on the side, I have lived in Longmont for many a fortnite as a humble family farmer and spent many long days searching hardware stores in hopes I may find perfection: the holy Grail of hardware, if you will. However, in the ages of research I have never once been blessed with an experience such as this. The goods? Splendid. The staff? Joyous! My harvests? Bountiful. It is due in no small part to Ace Hardware's splendid service that I shall feed my family through the harsh winters to come. Thank you Joe Biden.

We often shop at Ace stores in Longmont and in Fredericksburg Texas. Love the brands they carry; unique and excellent quality.
Store personnel in both stores have always been very helpful.
