Was a very quiet neighborhood even though it's next to the highway. Neighbors were quiet, maintenance was friendly and did a great job. Definitely one of my favorite places to live. “I just have to say that the Maintenance Management here is top notch. Skylar and Nick helped me during my move in with some important details on a weekend recently. They are on top of the care of this property. My son and daughter recently gave me the gift of finding me a lovely home here. It's almost 1000sf and has a beautiful view. The unit is immaculate with fresh paint and new carpeting in the bedrooms. I love the vaulted ceilings! Plenty of storage and laminate flooring throughout the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. W/D hookups in each space too. I'm in heaven. It's quiet and Staff here are friendly and helpful. This is a place to consider if you're moving. I have a two bedroom two bath unit. It has a small gym with secure access, a huge pool and a lovely BBQ area with grills and seating. A BIG win for my family and me as we're all very close together now.
