“Our water heater failed overnight, and we did a maintenance request early in the morning. Craig was at our door at 8:00am to look at our heater, and by 9:30am the crew was here. We had a new water heater by noon.”

“I moved in two weeks ago, and so far so good. The fact that management hasn’t changed 3 times yearly was a promising sign, not to mention the good reviews.
We’ll see how things progress! The front-loader washing machine gasket needed some deep cleaning, and some of the cabinetry shows signs of age, but other than that, things have been great so far! The staff in the clubhouse, namely Olivia and Liz, are very kind and knowledgeable about the premises. Olivia helped me with all the move-in details. Maintenance is on point as well! I recently filed a maintenance service request about a leaky ice maker water line in the fridge. The maintenance guys, namely Milo and Christian, promptly came to make the fix. When the fix didn’t work and I emailed the office, they brought in a replacement fridge on the same day! These guys are great! So far, I’m happy with my choice to move here!”

“I just have to say that the Maintenance Management here is top notch. Skylar and Nick helped me during my move in with some important details on a weekend recently. They are on top of the care of this property. My son and daughter recently gave me the gift of finding me a lovely home here. It's almost 1000sf and has a beautiful view. The unit is immaculate with fresh paint and new carpeting in the bedrooms. I love the vaulted ceilings! Plenty of storage and laminate flooring throughout the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. W/D hookups in each space too. I'm in heaven. It's quiet and Staff here are friendly and helpful. This is a place to consider if you're moving. I have a two bedroom two bath unit. It has a small gym with secure access, a huge pool and a lovely BBQ area with grills and seating. A BIG win for my family and me as we're all very close together now.
