Do not use this company. I called to see if someone could help me with a box freezer that is not working. I was told to call Brand Source. I was given a number where I was redirected overseas to someone who spoke little English and the connection was so bad I could hardly hold a conversation. When I called the local number I was told the company had sold the land line to the offshore company. I am obviously taking my business elsewhere.

I picked up a washing machine motor coupler and then a replacement pump. Ben recognized the broken parts I would bring in and knew exactly where they were. This place helps us save so much money and the prices were as good or better than online stores! Parts were OEM, perfect matches for the originals.

Greg was the knowledgeable and helpful kind of person you want selling you parts for anything really! He helped me get my fridge back up and running and not only sold me a part but gave me some good tips on installing it!
