The staff was very helpful, and able to get me switched over from Verizon quickly. I immediately had much better service and was over all pleasantly surprised with how smooth and easy it was.

Ruben is a Great Rep for AT&T . We explained one of our phones was stolen and we received a new one which needed to be activated. Without hesitation he sat us down and activated, restored the data. The entire staff at this store was Super friendly and treated us with RESPECT. Ruben also made small talk to see if we can save money. After a short visit i told him i was a veteran he said i hit gold.. Saved me more money. If you are looking for friendly staff who take the time with each customer this is a store to visit. Worked with Kyle today, and he was extremely patient and helpful. I had difficultly getting the shipping labels from AT&T for my trade-ins. He found the issues and solved it for us. Not only that, but he packed the phones individually and labeled them for us to ship!

Went into the att store on ken prat to try and get a new phone since my boyfriends was shattered and destroyed. Mika the young girl who helped me failed to mention we had insurance on the phone. That we could just pay 250 and get a replacement she then proceeded to sell me an iPhone 14 pro max. I called customer service just to make sure it was an option to claim the insurance and it was. So we went back to att to return the other phone and ask Mika why she failed to tell me we had insurance. She is an extremely disrespectful human being. She was snarky and enjoying the fact that I had to pay a 55 dollar restocking fee. She was taking joy in trying to prove me and my boyfriend wrong. Then Richard the other employee continued to interrupt our conversation telling me and my boyfriend that he lost people in his life which made us feel uncomfortable and he was attempting to make us feel bad for them when they cost me 1400 dollars, and were refusing to help us out. So we had to contact the district and give a report Mika also found it necessary to come out to my truck and give me a fake number for her manager. Again she continued to he snarky looking for a rise out of me any my partner. I then called back to get the store number for district and they refused to give it to me. So we had to go to another store and they took care of everything and we’re honestly shocked at the way this store acted. I say drive the 3 minutes down the road and go to the other store. Mika was probably the worst person I have ever encountered as far as customer service goes and I can’t believe she has this job. Will be following up with district in a few days.

Brian/James was so incredibly helpful. We went in to switch our service provider and get new phones on a family plan. He was wonderful to work with, give that man a raise!

I bought an iPhone from this location on October 4th, 2020. During this process, I inquired with the sales associate about having a tablet which I no longer used removed from my bill. He indicated he had done that, but apparently not because I've been paying AT&T $15 a month ever since. I'm a disabled veteran who has memory impairment issues related to my service, which makes things like tracking bills almost impossible and leaves me at the mercy of people like the gremlins who work at this store to do the right thing, which they did not. Thanks for robbing me!

Richard was great! Went in to see my upgrade options, explained what my choices were and came out with a new phone. Made my whole process easy. And was a cool dude the whole time I was there. Totally recommend him!

Kyle and Brian were wonderful to work with. They managed to seamlessly transfer 6 lines from another carrier and made the entire process feel effortless. Ask for Ruben! He is amazing!! I didn’t know which phone I wanted and he was so helpful! He brought the phone I was considering out to my car to show me how compatible they were. He was truly a genuine guy and so helpful without being pushy at all!!

I’m a trucker and was here at our terminal during Christmas break. I lost my phone and I gotta tell for someone on the road 24/7 weeks and months at a time losing your phone is like losing your connection to, well everything?Brian and Kyle and the other young man (didn’t catch his name) but thief were all very friendly and helpful. I made Brian earn his pay because I had no info to help him with couldn’t remember any of my passwords but I did it. Those guys are great!!!!!!! Thank you very much
