“Overall, my experience with 5250 was good, but not without challenges. I brought in an LS swap with Painless wiring and ECU. The team got started quickly, but I felt the ECU was dismissed too soon as the root issue, despite Painless being a reputable brand. After trailering the car two hours, I had to bring down a factory ECU to continue. When tuning still didn’t go smoothly, I was told it was a wiring issue and that they couldn’t spend more time on it. Ultimately, the real problem was an incorrect O2 sensor (internal ground vs external ground style) an honest overlook when I ordered. While I appreciate the effort and understand the demands of this industry, I expected more professional communication and less product-blaming throughout the process.”

“If you love your vehicle then Miguel is the person you want working on it. I have a restored 1987 Toyota 4x4 SR5 that was damaged when we moved from Tucson to Colorado and I was really nervous about finding somebody who would treat her nicely. Miguel did a beautiful job on her including making sure the paint was an exact match to the custom color i had put on her when she was restored. Tom was also great as I had not found a good mechanic for her and he went above and beyond what i was expecting for a tune up. I cannot say enough good things about this shop other than their work is fantastic and so are they.”

“I needed coolant for my Subaru Outback so decided to try NAPA for the first time instead of going to the dealership. I'm glad I did! I saved $25 for the same type (possibly better quality too) than purchasing from the dealer nearby.
The two guys in the warehouse, one on the register and on the store floor tag teamed each other to get the proper coolant, Asian Blue, from the shelf and rang me up in a few seconds.
They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.
Highly recommend this place for all your auto fluids and parts.

“This is the place to go. I drove from golden and it was worth it. They know what they are doing and are honest and reasonable. I brought a fuel tank to be repaired and Jason gave me a fair quote. It ended up that he tested it, and determined it did not have a leak and he did not bill the repair. Solid guy. I don't ever write reviews but I would put a 6th star if I could.”

“Fairly typical dealer experience. Be a good advocate for yourself if you’re trading in a car and don’t be afraid to walk away. I didn’t like that the sales people have no knowledge of dealer warranties but our Sales guy, Trevin, was as helpful as he could be. It is seemingly their policy to force you into talking to their lending specialists to learn about add ons and warranty’s.
When asked they did have someone call me and run the information about what available warranty options there were.”
