“Very pleased with my new 2020 Ford Explorer. I just returned from a 500+ mile trip through the Colorado mountains. The power and torque produced by this 2.3 liter turbo-charged four cylinder engine is amazing. My last two vehicles had the 3.5 six with the 6 speed transmission and before that I had the 5.4 triton V-8. This 4 cylinder out performs both of those engines. Handling is great in the new Explorer. We averaged 27.8 miles to the gallon even though I was often pushing it while passing many other vehicles going up the passes. Many of the bugs from previous models have been worked out.I purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano from Longmont Ford with the help of Sean Queen. I called Longmont Ford and met Sean on the phone.Sean was extremely helpful. In just 10 minutes he had the Nissan out front and ready for my test drive. He was extremely profession, friendly, and never pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to spend whatever time is necessary to satisfy the customer. During our talks he was very honest and upfront about what was possible and what he could not do. This was a no nonsense transaction with no games. “My daughter's car overheated just outside of Longmont, CO on her way back to school at CU Boulder. We called AAA Radiator the next morning and explained what had happened. My daughter was very worried about being able to get to class and work and the owner at AAA quickly understood the situation. So, they promised to work us in this week and that he should be done by Friday end of business. Today is Friday at 9am and they called to tell us the car is done and the radiator and work have a life-time warranty. Anything ever happens or we have issues with the radiator, just bring it back. Very thoughtful and professional radiator experts!”

He looked up my battery for my 2014 Forester and said they were out but said they just got a shipment that wasn't checked in yet. He went back and came out with one for my car.
