“I had a headlight out and needed someone to help me put a new bulb in. I was originally told no by the kid at the counter, even though I called that morning to make sure someone could do it for me. However, when I paid for the part, Tina said she would help me out if I could wait for her to help a few more customers since they were kinda busy. After only a few minutes, she came out and installed my new headlight with the help of her co-worker, Tim. As a single woman who has NO CLUE about car stuff, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this wonderful customer service!! Thank you so much :)”
