“I just wanted to pop on here and mention the exceptional interaction I had with Luis at your Longmont, CO location about two weeks ago.

I came in late in the day, somewhat flustered, about an hour before closing when he was the only staff on hand. My 2020 SUV was having issues starting up properly.

My husband was on his first week of his new job, which has him driving about 45 minutes each way VERY early every morning and we could NOT be without our vehicle working properly!

Luis was patient with my many questions and concerns, professional, kind and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the same day. The issue was indeed our battery, thank goodness! Luis stayed 20-30 mins past official closing time to make sure it got completed for us, so my husband was able to get to work the following morning without worry!

I witnessed quite a few interactions with other customers as well while I was in the shop, and Luis gave each one the same patient, attentive and thorough customer service each time! He never acted rushed or stressed, even though he was juggling multiple customers alone, and was still intent on getting our new battery installed for me.

Luis is truly an asset to your location, and should be valued as such! Good customer service and care is hard to find indeed. I was so fortunate and grateful that Luis was the one working that evening! Thank you again Luis, you are amazing!”

Rather than attempting to upsell me, William explained the difference between the blades and assured me that I did not need the most expensive one. Then he installed it for me.
