I tried to deal with issues i have with batteries i bought in Colorado Springs but the Longmont store refused to help. Couldn’t even supply the missing terminal nuts. When i called the CO Springs store they said try any other store, Longmont are obviously morons. I have to concur.

Went in around 6:30 and there was 2 guys there did not get there names due to no name tag but they were very rude and ignored me for most of my questioning they had a very mean behavior and do not know how to treat customers I as myself work with customers all day long and make sure I am not nothing like these to people you guys have very bad employees If i could I would give negative stars poor customer service

Got my battery changed here and I usually grab spare parts or car items here or at the main street location. My terminals and battery I knew had corrosion and they serviced and cleaned it really well, as well as replaced the battery with a new one I purchased. Much more effort had to be put in by Ethan and the awesome store manager Al because my terminal needed replaced and they did it free of charge as well. Major thanks and will be sure to come back!!! Visit this location!

I used to prefer this store over the north store. It’s been a while since I’ve needed to go in and customer service has seriously gone down hill. The two men working tonight were completely incompetent. They looked up the wrong part and sent me home with no low beams because they closed the store while I was trying to put them in. Yes, I gave them the right information for my car.

The manager Al was amazing!!! She helped me change a headlight where the cap was super stuck (I had tried on my own for 2 hours to get it off and tried everything to get it undone without luck)!! Also it was in cruddy weather (rain snow mix). I know she didn't have to do that, but I wasn't sure who else to call. THANK YOU! So much for all your help, I really really appreciate it!!
