Only have one banker on durning lunch who is extremely rude, if they want to go the route of having no help at the physical location they need to make it so I can do everything online or through the app I don’t have an hour to wait to be seen by a banker

I have had a business account with BOA for many years. They recently changed the terms on my account without me knowing and charged my account a $29.95 monthly fee. I closed the account and they wouldn't credit the fees and I had to actually pay them cash to close the account. It's all about BOA's pocket books.

My husband has been with BOA for the past 15+ years. Despite my many pleadings he has chosen to stay with BOA. After today, his mind has been changed and BOA will be losing a long time customer. This branch is absolutely horrendous to deal with. We went in a few days ago trying to deposit a check that was written to my mother in law. We found out we didn’t have everything we would need to do this. The teller told us that we could come back with a temp ID and there would be no problems. My husband and I got the temp ID for my MIL, took it in, and we were immediately met with problems. After speaking to the first individual at the front of the bank he had us wait while he spoke to his manager. He spoke to her then said the teller behind the wall would be with us when she returned to her desk. Unfortunately, this was the same teller we spoke with previously. We presented her with the information SHE said we would need and she responded with ‘I just found out we can’t do this, but because I told you I could I’m going to’ she then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes lecturing us about how they will not do this for my husband again. He will no longer be able to deposit 3rd party checks after this. First of all, we came back with what we were told we needed. Her incompetence to the requirements was not our fault. Nor was she doing us a favor, like she stated she was. She then proceeded to repeat herself again about how she shouldn’t be doing this and how we should open my MIL an acct. I finally said something and requested that the teller stop talking to my MIL about an acct. She deals with dementia and she doesn’t manage her own money. I explained that I wanted her to stop bringing up opening an acct because my MIL did not manage her own money and by her continuing that made it hard on my husband and I to explain to my MIL why she couldn’t have her own acct. Regardless, I asked the teller to stop. Instead, she chose to argue with me and ask questions that frankly, were not her business. My family is working with a lawyer and we know what we can and can not do. She then proceeded to take it a step further and direct her conversation directly at my MIL asking her about whether she received money, or gets social security. I again, told the teller that the information was irrelevant. Rather than taking what I said at face value she argued with me about social security checks. At this point I left the office and returned to the car. After my MIL and husband returned to the car they told me that rather than apologizing or taking any responsibility, the teller blamed it on me having a bad attitude. She then double downed on them and stated that she could be fired for what she was doing and proceeded to talk to my MIL about opening an acct. BOA needs to do better about training their bank tellers. This teller ignored what I asked her, disregarded any possible disabilities my MIL may have, and tried to place blame of the situation on us. She was not doing us a favor, she was being held to her word. I never would have recommended BOA before, but even more so now. We will never use the Longmont branch again. We will be going to Boulder to close his acct. Stay far far far away from this location.

This is the first institution (of five locally) where the person we were assigned knew their institution's IRA CD process end to end. No mystery, no confusion, no 'lemme call Sally and ask'.... even making the appointment was easy. Now, we did not need teller services and cannot expand upon other reviewer's experience there, but if you need a real Banker then Bank of America warrants consideration.

The teller is hidden behind a wall but she's def the nicest employee working here. Awesome bank and I don't even have a account here

Understaffed lobby so was told to wait on couch 20 minutes just to go up to teller counter. I have never seen this before. This bank needs to go out of business and a fast food chain move in.

Horrible customer service, if you have to direct me to use ATM when I am looking for your assistance is not okay. Seems like the building is empty and no one is there to greet you.

I came to this bank of America several times. Sadly is the nearest branch from Greeley (yes, an hour drive). Not their fault (this branch) but they keep saying that the branch in Fort Collins will open in summer. We are almost in fall and no news. Anyway, every time we came here everything was taken care as it should. I'm shock to see bad reviews, since staff was great, and everything we did here ended up as expected. Probably thousand people had great experience here but only a few bad came here to give a review (and mostly stuff that you can do in a second using the BofA mobile app). Hope some day, they finally open the Fort Collins branch.

John was super helpful and went the extra mile to help get my business account up and running. Stayed an hour late on a Friday to accommodate my schedule, and answered all my questions

I have no idea why so many poor reviews. I made an appointment, but had no problem walking in and being greeted by two kind people. If you are kind, you will receive kind service. Thank you for meeting and exceeding my expectations!

If you have a time sensitive matter do not go to this bank. During my last and final experience there was only one person in front of me and the teller and him wouldn't stop talking. I thought I was invisible. Finally I just had to speak up and ask if I could be helped and he said he would be with me in a little bit and just kept chatting, so rude! I suggest going to the Bank of America in Boulder, that has always been a professional experience for me.

Bank is closed during normal business hours. 12/29. There was snow on the ground. Guess everyone took a snow day. Great job guys. People working fast food have more responsibilities and are held more accountable. You guys should all be fired.

This place has the most horrible bankers I’ve ever worked with. Wasted 30min of my time there and achieve absolutely nothing. Sara the banker: 1. Asked an old lady to do a survey for her and if it’s below 9, it’s considered Sara’s failure - are these surveys even accurate. 2. She checked me in late, took her 3 times to authenticate my card, was not able to help me with opening a credit card nor a notary nor a name change. This was the most frustrating bank appointment I’ve had with this bank, and I’ve been BOA customer for a while with multiple branches. This place needs to be closed down. I don’t trust these ppl handle my money.

This branch is so inefficient I thought I walked into a USPS. The staff there rather be shooting the bull than helping customers. It's experiences like this that makes me want to change banks after 30 years.. I encourage leadership to review CCTV.
