Why buy a battery if this place comes up with every excuse to not warranty a battery. I brought in a battery that would not hold a charge even though it was on a battery tender while I worked on the vehicle. They went through their normal BS of we have to charge it and then load test it. I said fine and let them try and do their test even though I informed them I could not get it to charge past 7 volts. After more than 24 hours I stopped in because I was in the area, and got told they were still trying a repair mode. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything back so I called to check on it. They informed me that they could only ever get it to 6 volts and they wouldn't warranty it, claiming I abused it. If a battery in a car, with normal use or on a battery tender when not in use is abuse, then their batteries are crap. If I could, I would return every thing I've ever purchased here. Will NEVER buy anything from here again!

Bought a battery charger and it never worked. It had a 5 year warranty it wasn’t honored. Thanks battery plus. They only guarantee for 14 days.

Luckily for me, Natalie was working at 10.30am on a 7 degree Sunday morning. She sold me a battery for my truck and then proceeded to help me swap it out, in the below freezing morning. I am so grateful for her help!

Jim at batteries Plus Ken Pratt took care of me very well. Had to get my key fob battery replaced and he got me a new battery installed and cashed me out in 5 minutes or less!

I just had the battery replaced in my car, at the Longmont location, and Julian did a great job. He was professional, made sure that all of the car's settings were saved, and checked the alternator and battery after installation.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because no star wasn’t an option, I had an appointment at 11:00 to get a new key fob and we waited around for 20 minutes after and was told the tech over slept and to come back later. Very unreliable and rude.

Worst place ever. Places an online order a s came with my battery. I asked the associate twice to check my car and model are compatible. The associate was probably high, I returned as it was not right. Went back home to notice it was still not right. Came back at 5 pm and the shop closed early instead of 7. What a waste of my day and poor customer service.
