This bank has not responded to me to help with the payoff process since I sold my car. This was supposed to have been done 4 weeks ago. We requested the payoff Amt and received it, sent the check for the full amount within the day, and they have not rectified my account balance. They also double charged me three times and then only refunded me for one. They have two payments that have not been applied to the balance that they refuse to refund or apply. They refuse to email me anything and insist I use phone support. Then they hang up on me or drop the call lol, or say they will escalate and get back to me and never do. They will respond to this with some placating banter about providing them my phone number… they have my number, and email, and everything they need. I will be leaving these across every branches page until you contact me and resolve this in an acceptable fashion. Contact me and resolve this.

I just wanted to take a moment to send a big shout out to Cristyl Ghesquiere at the Longmont branch. She helped me set up a new account, and was so nice during the whole process. She treated me kindly on top of being extremely efficient. I wish I could deal or interact with her everyday.Also, there was a really nice and friendly teller at the Bel Mar branch with the Broncos shirt and cold necklaces. I didn’t catch her name but should have. Just a few minutes in her presence really put me in a great mood that carried throughout the day. Props to Bellco for just hiring good people.

The CEO MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for a website that doesn't accept loan payments, having you call in to make payments like 20 years ago. With a customer service rating of 2.5 stars. The Board needs to take action and replace Tom Gosling. Who has been the CEO at Bellco FCU for the past 15 years,.Go to other credit union...BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!

Do not bank with this company. Have had nothing but a horrible experience of them not doing their job and raising my monthly payments because THEY didn't get the title and still haven't for my auto loan. I have had this car for almost 7 months now. I have been needing to go to the dmv every month to get my temp tags renewed and all they keep saying is they still haven't gotten my title and don't know where it is. The bad reviews don't lie!

This is my Bank. They are excellent!My account has been "compromised" twice (through no fault on their part). They investigated the questionable charges on my card. Got me a new card the next day! Got to the bottom of my problem and credited my account back right away!I highly recommend Bellco!

Stunningly Dreadful! Forget trying to call these folks to get any information. First of all, I had to call the 800 number three times before i could get through to a person; the first two times while on hold, my call simply got dropped (got a busy signal). They will not provide the phone number for the local branch where I have my account. This isn't a one-time experience. It is consistent. How is it possible they have remained in business? I bank with Fidelity, 1st Bank, Independent Financial, and Front Range State Bank as well. My experience with these other financial institutions is COMPLETELY different.

Never trust Bellco, the worst experience ever. Their online banking is so unstable and they constantly updates without even testing, my checking account disappeared and I had a nightmare experience to get it back. My debit card was expired for more than 6 months and they never sent me a new one. I had to call them to get a new one, to which they acted as if it was a normal thing for them. On the phone, I was asked "the" security question and it did not work. I went back to my record (screenshot) and it clearly shows that particular question was not one of the 4 questions that was used to setup the account many years so. So they just made a new question. Simply amazing how screwed up they are.Any other bank will be 10 times better than Bellco. Don't waste your time.

In the process of buying a lien title vehicle. We made an agreement over a month ago. They took 2 weeks to send a payoff letter to my bank. I have been waiting for them to send the title to my bank. After waiting another week my bank called them and they finally released the lien off the title about a week after receiving the money, and I was just told it will be another week to receive the title because they only send electronic titles which is a whole other process. I’ve bought other lien title vehicles and gone through this same process within a week. It’s getting to the point where I don’t even want the vehicle anymore I just want to be done dealing with belco.

Bellco did my auto loan in July, 2021 and they are still trying to get the paperwork straightened out 11 months later. I've been in 3 separate times to sign the same documents I signed at closing, sat at the dmv for over an hour, and they're still missing forms - all the while trying to charge me the default interest rate- for their mistakes! No matter how good the rate is - trust me, it's not worth it. I had to explain to the Banker what the Security Agreement form was for (No, it's not an errors and omissions agreement, lady). There is little to no training here, complete incompetence. Stay far, far away!

By far the WORST banking experience I've ever had, it's near impossible to talk to a representative, when I FINALLY spoke to a rep, I was more, or less told that they "umpteen million members, and that I would Not get personalized service" straight out a the reps mouth ! And they will NOT refinance my loan after paying perfect on it for nearly 3 years !

I've had nothing but great service at Bellco. I've been using them for checking, savings, automobile loans and a HELOC for yrs. The branch staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Apply for loans has been simple and quick. Highly recommend them.

I don’t know why people rated this place so poorly. I’ve had a perfectly fine experience and I’ve been in 4-5 times. I reserve 5 stars for exceptional experiences, but they did a fine job with what I needed.

Impeccable service! The entire staff their including Erika the Manager and Lorena one of the specialists that helped me into a very smooth process for my auto loan went above and beyond. I can't thank those 2 enough! I'm in the service industry and they made a life long customer out of me. I would not listen to the negative reviews on here besides what I have to say about this branch and their people. AMAZING!
