I've been trying for years to capture the feelings I used to have at best buy when the store first opened. it once had a great staff, that were genuinely friendly and a selection of electronics that could probably be purchased online but the staff and the ability to try things out made it worth it. this is not the experience you will have now. the staff are clearly forced to talk to you and pretend to be friendly but it comes off confrontational and disgruntled. nobody who works there wants to be there so you probably shouldn't either. they are selling less and less high grade hardware and they feel like more of an oversized radio shack and they will likely suffer the same fate.

Shout out to Madison and Connor for helping me figure out a mistake that one of the over the phone techs did while combining two of my accounts. Professional and diligent gives an A++ from me as it took like 20 minutes to fix at 8-ish at night so I’d like to say thank you to you as well as the other staff that have been there and helped me out over the years.

Manager Sean at store #1079 doesn’t know the policies of Best Buy and just had a bad attitude. Every single thing I asked on a return here was wrong. Ended up on the phone with customer service for an hour getting an understanding of the policies (which he still didn’t admit he was wrong) and then during the refund itself, he couldn’t answer another question that I even gave the answer to. If he’s the quality of management at Best Buy, I won’t be shopping there. You can be arrogant or stupid, but you can’t be both.

Tried to return an unopened gift from Christmas and they would not take it back. Not even for store credit. Will never shop at this location again! Thank you Tanner and Riley! I'd give you zero stars if I could.

After a not so great experience at another Best Buy (where they put my screen protector on with fingerprints and crooked), miles replaced the screen protector and put it on PERFECTLY! Thank you!

I ordered an open-box television for pickup at this location. The website listed the unit's condition as "Open Box Good" and said that meant that "nonessential accessories" might be missing but that everything necessary for functioning would be included. No specific information about which accessories were included was available.After I got the television home and unpacked it, I discovered that the stand was missing. I called the store and explained the issue, and was told that I just needed to return to the store and they would order a stand to be shipped to me. When I returned, I spoke to a manager who said that the stand is considered "nonessential" and that the unit had a comment indicating that the stand and remote were missing. (But the remote was not missing and this comment was not visible when I ordered the unit.) They said that the only thing they could do for me was to return the unit for a refund.
