This location is incompetent! Do not trust their work. We did an inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. Five days after the we had to take into the dealership for a popping sound and this what they found. Leaking water pump, Broken motor mounts, leaking axel seals, worn out front end links and axle thrust washers. All of which the dealership says should have been easily caught on the inspection. All in the costs are over $6000. More than Half of what we paid for the vehicle. Thanks for nothing Big-O Tires of Longmont!

Easy, fast, friendly & cost-effective. I was a BigO customer back in Oakland, & I'm pleased that the Longmont BigO is even better. Easy to use online appointment widget, no delay in appointments available, friendly, fast, efficient service. Nice waiting area (dig the gun mags!).

Always a great experience! I work for my small family company and we are always on the road, but Big O always makes time for us to get service done on our vehicles even if it is last minute. Bill, Tyler and Shawn are all great people and very helpful!

I got to BigO early Monday morning and Bill hurried out to assist me with unloading a flat tire. He got my tire in line for service. He was very helpful and answered my questions. He also updated my address and confirmed my phone number. I've always had great service at BigO.

Stopped here because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me right in and patched my tire and sent me on my way at No charge. Guess where I'm buying my next set of tires!
