Not sure how yo approach this review other than.. while I like the store and it's items the employees are not in the positive communication with one another.. if you order from here keep thane receipts for at least 12 months apparently

There is an excellent selection of western boots. Unfortunately the employees providing customer service dont seem as on the ball as whoever takes care of the inventory. Everyone has bad days, its best not to bring that into work though. I will buy what i need from nicer people next time

Needed to charge my phone because I had to call my insurance but was told I couldn't use thier wall outlet. It wouldn't have taken longer than 5 mins just enough to get a phone call back. I would never support your business. If your looking for boots, spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Boot selection was great. Jacket selection was skimpy, but the seasons were changing so more summer stuff was making it's way out. Found the perfect hat and boots. The ladies working were excellent and not pushy.

My husband and I visited the Boot Barn in Longmont. When we walked in the store, 3 busy associates with Boot Barn greeted us right away. We had the pleasure of being helped by Shanna.
Shanna gave us the Vip experience that we probably wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. She was professional, kind, personable & had an amazing knowledge of the area. My husband and I will return to the Boot Barn located in Longmont on Hover Street because of Shanna's excellent customer service and outstanding personality. Thank you, Shanna, for making us feel welcome. Your friends from Florida!!☺️

Horrible customer service!! Bought a pair of boot that made my foot actually bleed. Took the boots back to exchange. The lady said she couldn't help me because I wore them. She said i had to go back to the manufacturer. I asked for the contact. She said i could google it. Boot barn will never get another dollar of mine!
