I used to work for a storage company similar to this one, though with much better customer service. I had an encounter with this horrid person, I believe her name is laura, over a container, could not believe how rude she is, would give less than one star if I could. What a shame she lost the company so much future business and caused such irreparable damage. Cannot recommend this company and would suggest others look elsewhere.

So happy with Brekke! My first delivery was planned in advance, but they were even able to add a second storage container to my driveway with very short notice. Containers are clean inside and freshly painted outside. Arela (in the office) and John (our container delivery guy) and Ryan (manager) were all a pleasure to deal with. All were very accommodating and Brekke prices were better than PODS! Will use them again in a heartbeat. Locally owned and professional - doesn't get much better than that.

Unprofessional, rude, and unlawful. Broke a legally binding contract without care, left our tenant stranded and without recourse. Owner refused to take our call, I recommend finding someone else to do business with.

This company is not only non ethical and horrible liars, but their customer service when you deal with Ryan or the owner of Brekke is down right disgusting. My company will never and I mean absolutely never use their services again. I rented a storage unit and a office unit for my jobsite back in September. Brekke delivered a brand new office unit with absolutely no cat tail connection for electricity to be used from. I had my electrician come out and install one, which cost me $593.53. Since the cat tail has to stay on the office unit and is now in the possession of Brekke Storage, that amount should be removed from invoices. However, management there, thinks that its my responsibility to provide electrical to the unit. If you go to the Boulder Fair Grounds right down the street 2 of Brekke's office units are there currently for Covid testing and guess what??? They were supplied with their cat tails for electrical sources. When my office manager and production manager spoke to Ryan about this he was not only unprofessional and down right ugly, he called both of my employees liars. Which I can assure you is not the case. Ryan than proceeded to inform my staff that a office unit NEVER goes out with out a Cat Tail and that it is impossible. COME ON BREKKE get your story straight. QUIT TRYING to HURT BUSINESSES and ROB THEM!!! Every business owner is hurting during these times..... BEING UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is not going to save your business it is only going to hurt it.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any storage company ever. Every single person I have encountered with Brekke in Longmont, Colorado has left me feeling good about choosing their facility. They have gone above and beyond to work with me throughout my rental. I would not consider renting any where else, and I'd recommend Brekke to anyone looking for storage.
