I purchased my new Ford Lightning from Brent Robbins 100% remotely. I felt like Brent was an old friend or family member. The personal care he provided was top notch. He explained everything to me along the way and even still is checking in on me to make sure I’m 100% satisfied. I purchased my originally leased truck through Brent and Longmont Ford and the process was so easy and efficient. Service was top notch and Brent went out of his way to ensure everything went smooth. My wife also purchased her new explorer through Brent and he made sure everything was set up including all the electronic functions customized and running as designed. Excellent experience.

Brent and everyone at Longmont Ford made the whole experience quick, non-stressful and very enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and never pressured me but allowed me to make decisions that work best for my family and budget. I even walked away with my car added to the insurance and my ID card in hand. Amazing experience all the way around.

Brent Robbins came highly recommended to me from a couple of his other customers that are friends of mine. I was not surprised when I had the exact same experience as they shared. Brent was cool, calm and collected. He listened to my situation, needs, wants and preferences. He acknowledged my budget and was cognizant on not showing me something I was going to fall in love with and not be able to afford. Brent easily found a good selection of Ford Escapes for me. Although it was snowing and freezing out, he went out with a good attitude to clean off, warm up and pull up the cars for me to test drive. Once I decided on the car, the paperwork side of things went very smoothly and in a reasonable amount of time. Brent made sure I was set up for success with the different apps and gadgets for the car. I can't thank Brent enough for his time and expertise! I would recommend him to anyone!
