If I could give them 0 stars I would. They refuse to send my insurance x-rays and are trying to get me to pay out of pocket. Their manager has been "out of the office", "sick", or "away on a medical emergency" for months now. I may have to get a lawyer for my issues with them. Run from this office and find a better company.

This place is horrible. They canceled my appointment twice in a row. Told me the dentist won't be in both times. Does the dentist work? It's ridiculous and it seems like alot of the same issues from other people in the reviews. Do better guys and you will keep customers.

I went in for a consult but was told I needed to wait a week for a quote. It’s been 1 month and a half and I have called repeatedly. They are not organized.

In the past year, I've had 5 or 6 appointments.... all but 1 of them were either cancelled or rescheduled by Bright Now Dental, often with no explanation. Half the time they cancel, they promise to call to reschedule, but then never do. Try to call and schedule, you get sent to an answering machine, and they will never call you back.

They cancelled my appointment 3 weeks in a row the day of my appointment. Right at the end of the year, and now have no options for me so I’m just screwed at the end of the year. Not flexible for rescheduling, and NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.I should have read the reviews online because everything people are saying in the bad reviews is exactly what I experienced.

They are closed without notice. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm and I reached to thier office on time by canceling my other meetings, but then it was closed. They didn't bother to inform patients if they are closed and atleast inform patients and reschedule them. This is 3rd time in last 3 months happen to me.Edited on 11th Dec: again same happened. They are closed today also and not informed to patient.

The staff and my dentist were wonderful. Having to change dentist’s is not always a good experience because you are taking chances. This time my change was excellent. Even though things did not go the way I wanted, my dentist did explain why and we will be taking the proper steps to fix all my problems. This time there will be no short cuts like my last dentist did.

If you have ANY other option for dental care, I’d take it. Never even got to see the doctor, he might be great, but I’ll never know! We left after being shamed and blamed over a request for bodily autonomy regarding x-rays and treated as a massive inconvenience, when the truth was that they had overbooked, had a surgery run over in the morning, and no longer had time for my appointment! The receptionist threw in a little passive-aggressive dig as we left, further ditching accountability and revealing herself to be having a cowardly and unprofessional day. We’re unimpressed and I HIGHLY recommend searching elsewhere for compassionate or even somewhat polite care.

Longmont has such an excellent doctor and hygienist. Both Dr. Emmons and Shermay are great! The assistants are wonderful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Front desk staff, Jess, is super helpful! Everyone in the office has been amazing! They all do great work!

CAUTION/AVOID: Felt shamed, embarrassed, and insulted when we asked some basic questions before our appointment. After showing up early, we waited 60 minutes at the office until we were told we had to reschedule. On our way out of the door, the receptionist insulted us.

DO NOT GO HERE. I cannot recommend against this company enough. Terrible dental service, hidden charges. It feels like a scam. I've never gotten such a long list of recommended procedures, charges for every single item/utensil. I'm told that the ultrasonic cleaning will be very painful, so they upcharged for numbing medication. It's never been painful before and hasn't been painful since I switched dental offices. A year and a half later, I'm called by the company to collect a late deductible. But hey, if you like overpaying and being treated poorly, by all means book an appointment.

From a former employee, Imagine standing up for yourself to a high school dramatic NEW manager. Who can not be civilized had a horrible attitude and gives you demands like your her child. Then gets terminated. Neither her or the General Manager could take the brutal honestly of how their company is ran and how their attitude effect their employees. So in result they run from their problems. This office is ran poorly and ineffectively.From my inside eyes to your outside eyes. This is not a place that is going to take your dental care seriously. From the months long wait of getting your dentures or your temporary crown changed to the permanent to the ineffective billing issues and payments. Preauthorization never being sent out to insurance, and orthodontist only being in office once a month.To an overall poorly ran office.Best regards!

place is a disappointment , dirty, inexperienced people. went in to get a second opinion told there was double the work that needed to be done from my first visit with my regular dentist, then When I wasn't happy with how the highenist was doing her job and I let her know, the dentist felt he had to sit me down like a 4 year old and tell me I needed to watch my tongue. If there's something we don't like I feel our voices should be herd.Pass if you can.

As a first time minor dental trauma patient, I was pretty nervous and had very little experience in a dental office for my whole adult life. When I experienced a cracked tooth, I called the Longmont Bright Now office and was scheduled an appt for the next day, everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind and absolutely cares about the patient experience. My first procedure was completed with no pain or complications, and I was made very comfortable during the process. If I could give more stars to this wonderful team, I would!
