The service agent Kimberly was absolutely amazing!! She made the moving process much more pleasant than it otherwise could have been. She took her time making sure I got what I needed, walked me through the process and made return really easy. Thank you for all your help, Kimberly.

They sent me to the store in Longmont and told me to be there at noon. When I went to get my car, it was closed. I called the 1-800 number and they told me that I could go get an upgraded replacement in Boulder. It was a wonderful upgrade.

We rented a 26ft truck for our move across country. The key they gave us only started the truck but doesn't unlock the cab- so of course we got locked out. All they could do was unlock the door and left us driving across the country (20hrs) with our lifetime of items and without being able to lock the door plus no guarantee of compensation. I do not recommend- this is a massive oversight and left us in tears of fear.

Made a reservation to get a car after mine broke down, but on arrival they told me they couldn’t help me since my id was out of state and left me stranded. Website site does not match what they offer.

Terrible- don't even waste your time. Agent was rude and has no business in a customer facing job. Had a reservation and called earlier in the day to confirm. Got to the location and was told no cars, should have called and confirmed locally (which I tried, but no one picked up the phone). DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Worker was nice but website and phone number didn't even tell me I couldn't rent a car. So I took a Lyft all the way over here for them to tell me my reservation made through the website isn't valid

Rented me a car on the phone and charged my card in full. When I get a ride there, I find out they have ZERO cars to give me! Who covers my Uber cost? I wasted 2 hours dealing with this. Tried to call two separate customer service numbers about this and the first one went blank after being on hold a long time. Second time, they sent me to corporate customer service and they were too good to help me out. NEVER AGAIN

Rented a car during the southwest meltdown and Kimberly and Aaron were fantastic! We had 2 other reservations at other agencies and they gave our car away. Aaron assured me he would hold the car and he did! I could have cried. Lovely, helpful people!! I’m so grateful.

This place is awful. Do not go here. It is dirty and the people are scary, and seem like they are on drugs. I'd give the gal with the terrible attitude negative stars if I could. She Denied me a rental after a I made a reservation online with the worst attitude. I am completely shocked at my experience. I had to pay for an Uber both ways for nothing. 35 dollars Go anywhere else. Run!!!!!!!! Enterprise is right around the corner.

Excellent and easy service. Was able to pick up and drop off the car without a hitch. I booked online for a one day rental (use a credit card if you are doing only one day) and was not charged anything additional when I arrived. I dropped the car off the same day after hours and left the keys in the drop box. Called this morning to confirm they received it and they had. Easy peezy.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever seen/had. Guys yelling at each other, took well over an hour to return a vehicle for no apparent reason, guys working there dragged their feet every single inch of the way. 0/5 would NOT recommend. Make the drive elsewhere if you want halfway decent service.

If you're not white be prepared for the manager to profile you and grill you extensively. otherwise it was less than average picking up a rental here. caused more of a headache than necessary
