Its the holidays. Locking the fitting rooms for 15min. Is crazy, stated employee was on a break. So theres no other employees who can cover a 15 min. Break?

This by far is the most awful looking store in longmont! It smells and looks like damn tornado went thru it, trying to shop in there was so stressful! Normally when going into Burlington to start Christmas shopping it felt stress free comforting to be in there and this year coming in it just feels like this store doesn't care about the appearance of the store the thrift stores look much more appealing than this! The staff truly doesn't care about anything I mentioned about it being stressful to try to look through a bunch of clutter! Unfortunately I will be traveling out of town now just to visit another Burlington store and hope the other stores won't look and feel like it did when I just went in there last week I shop there regularly and it's just gone down hill over the last few months and every time I try to go back and try again and think maybe ppl were having bad days or they're behind and it's just disgusting on a normal..

I had a wonderful experience when I went to shop at Burlington today.all around staff on the floor was good and looking to help and then when i got up to the counter I was greeted with smiles and kindness from Sofia.I have been to many Burlington over my years and this one hands down was the best.

On 9/19/25 at 9:30 PM, both fitting rooms were locked. I asked associate Nadine if she could open them, but after speaking with Sofia, I overheard them discussing what excuse to give me. Nadine told me the manager left with the key, so I had to leave the clothes behind. At checkout, Sofia rang one item but was unfriendly and didn’t ask if I was a rewards member.
On 9/26/25, I went to checkout and the bell rang for a cashier. No one acknowledged me until another cashier pointed me to Nadine. She did not greet me, ask if I was a rewards member, or acknowledge me during the transaction. Instead, she was laughing and joking with another associate the entire time. When my receipt printed, she didn’t notice for about 1.5 minutes because she was distracted. She finally handed it to me without a single word.
Outside the store I noticed a strong smell of marijuana, and Nadine’s behavior—constant laughing, lack of focus, and ignoring customers—suggested she may have been under the influence.
Overall, I was unable to try on clothes, received dismissive service on two visits, and witnessed unprofessional behavior that raises serious concerns about store operations and customer safety.

They accused me of stealing and tried to break into my bathroom stall. How ignorant and trigger happy can you be--- I will never ever be back.

Came in because hours online and in store say they close until 11 instead we get told by a lady with a pouf that we need to make our way to the front because they are closed at 10:05.

While the selection is good. The lines were an hour long. There was a mistake at check out and they told me i had to wait in line again for a simple exchange. Way to much drama and incredibly stressful checkout. Employees seem to enjoy the drama. 1 hour of shopping 1.5 hours of waiting in line.

This store has went downhill so bad. Everything is unorganized and thrown around. The selection of clothes is horrible. So disappointed how this store is now. I will not be coming back.

Prices are good. Check your receipts... I've been charged $40 for a toy that was $9.99 and recently I bought clothes for my children, didn't notice because we bought a lot of stuff and I was charged $309 for one item that says $4.99.... double check your receipts!!!!

Great prices in the Longmont store on everything you look at! I love this store! Angel Cabral is such a sweet employee as well as the other ladies that work there are very professional and eager to help. Crispin is another great employee, a very sweet individual.
