I was so impressed how they fixed my car. Looked like my car was never damaged. I got my car back cleaner after I took it in. I was impressed of the detailed cleaning. It felt like I was driving a new car home.

The customer service and communication was fantastic and they stuck to their timeline of getting our car fixed quickly. It looks brand new again! I would definitely use this Caliber store in the future!

My wife and I had our truck repaired by this location. The work was OK. The primary reason for the one star is the fact that a firearm and Oakley sunglasses were taken from the glove compartment. Of course we shouldn’t have left valuables in the car, but regardless you would expect a level of respect out of a shop in which you are paying a lot of money to. Quite disappointing. I would not recommend this location.

We recently got hit and had the choice of taking our car here to get fixed. The staff was friendly and fine to work with. I will also say our insurance communicated with them beautifully, but when it came to the repair we weren’t as happy. It took 3.5 weeks to get a very small repair done and their estimated done date was not accurate. Not a very good choice if you need a quick fix. We also received our car back on an empty tank which was a little stressful.

Your front desk lady or office manager ( if that’s what she does) is pretty nasty. Don’t know her name but glasses, heavier set. Rude person. Bad person for customer facing. Never going there.

Car looks brand new now. Communication wasn't really as frequent as I'd like. Called the day the app said it was going to be ready for pickup. Good thing I called to confirm it was in fact ready. Car looks good though. I'd go back for more repairs but I'd probably have to be more bothersome and call updates through out the process.

Caliber Collision was first-rate all the way, in all their processes and work, in their communication with me, and in returning a beautiful Lexus to me! It was a pleasure to work with them, and I am very pleased with the final presentation. I definitely recommend them!
