My family is staying here for a few weeks and so far it has been great. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. The only complaint is the laundry room with two broken washers (for weeks), leaving only one to share between guests. For people who need that service, it is really inconvenient. As that is (hopefully) a temporary issue, I would highly recommend.

Very pleasantly surprised by the ease of check in and Alondra's friendliness at the front desk. She saw to it that after driving over 800 miles that everything went seamlessly with zero hassle. If I could rate more than 5 stars I definitely would!

The two front desk works who work nights are the only reason I didn’t give them one star. The girl with red hair and the guy with dark hair are wonderful. The front desk employee who works mornings is rude and couldn’t be bothered. She usually has headphones in and hides in the back. The beds sunk in and the room had a bad smell. I had to buy candles and it still didn’t cover the smell.

Stayed here for a week. Everyone is so friendly that works here. The housekeepers r the best and make sure you have enough towels. Forgot your shampoo or conditioner don't worry they have LG bottles installed in the shower.

Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, my room was gross (dirty sink, shower, mirror) I had to go to walmart and buy clorox wipes to do it myself because housekeeping was gone by the time we checked in, we were told we would get housekeeping on Wednesday, they did not come so when I asked again they said Thursday, never came. I called down multiple times throughout the trip asking for towels, toilet paper, trash removal ect since we never got housekeeping, I was told they would be right up to the room, never came so I constantly was having to go down to the desk myself. Then on top of that, I was charged twice for my stay. To get in contact with a manager is a JOKE, I was charged on the 12th and did not realize until the 19th. I called the hotel, from the 19th - 27th, I called everyday and kept being told I would have to talk to Sean the manager, I constantly asked when he would be in and then would call when they said he would be there and he was never there, I was not able to leave a voicemail as his box was full, I did leave multiple notes with the front desk staff to have him call me. Finally on the 27th I got in contact with him and he told me not a problem he would refund me one of the charges, and that he would email me a receipt showing that. I never received any email from him. Yesterday, I woke up to another charge of 796.04 to my card instead of a refund. I again called the hotel asking to speak with Sean, after 3 times of "transfering" me and getting hung up on he picked up my call with an attitude to me. He told me that he refunded not charged me, I explained that I have all these charges and no refunds on my end and I spoke with my bank and there was no refund processing or ever sent over. He became extremely rude with me and told me "I don't know what to tell you this is your problem not mine." I asked if there was a general manager or owner I could speak to and he laughed and said "you can try corporate". I then asked if there was anything he could do for me since I am down $1592.08, he said nope. Said the best he could do is refund 3 night of my 6 night stay, still waiting on that to come through, now I am playing the fun game of trying to get in contact with someone from corporate...

I’m not one to normally post reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with this Candlewood Suites location. I have spent a majority of 2023 in hotels and have come to know what to expect from this brand within IHG. When I showed up, there was no staff at the front desk and I stood there for 15 minutes before I happened to see a housekeeping person walk by that couple assist me with finding a front desk worker. Then, the worker seemed frazzled, lost and confused with the checkin process and checked me into an ALREADY occupied room. Talk about awkward when you unlock a door to a room with people already in it. Eventually it was sorted out, and the room was fine aside from three things: 1. The water pressure in this hotel is atrocious 2. I’m fairly sure dial-up internet is faster than the Wi-Fi they provide there. It was extremely slow, finicky and very unstable. I had problems loading even the simplest of apps. There was a literal rut worn into the mattress in this room. Overall the room did what I asked of it kinda, but the service and the amenities were horrible and I might look elsewhere when booking hotels next time.

PEOPLE WITH PET ALLERGIES BEWARE!!!My family stayed at this hotel last week and regretted every moment. At a price tag of over $800 when all was said and done (for a stay that was less than a week long), I had some expectations of decency - sadly, I was let down on all counts. The fact that this was a "pet friendly" hotel when booking wasn't known but that wouldn't normally have been a deal breaker. My family and I have stayed at other hotels with that designation with no allergy issues in the past. That said, the hotel room SMELLED like dog when we arrived. The staff wasn't interested in helping when this was brought to their attention either. No offer to clean the room or to change rooms - just an indifferent offer to spray febreeze. But the kicker was when two of my family members who usually have mild allergies to dogs both fell ill, one of which was plagued with a severe allergic reaction that caused her throat to swell up and difficulty breathing. This is beyond unacceptable and hotel management should be ashamed that this is the level of service that is offered!

First off, I want to say there are a lot of things to like about this hotel. The room size was nice. Having Dove hand wash in every room was nice. The unlimited free coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and popcorn was nice. However, when I first walked into my room, it smelled like a wet dog (very strongly, like makes you want to gag smell), and there was dog hair on the beds. I brought it up a worker at the front desk (I didn't get a name. but she had multicolor hair). Her first response was "Well, we're a pet friendly hotel, and we can't guarantee you'll get a room that's never had a pet in it." I had to ask her three times if they can clean the room. Durning which she mentioned that I should just get some Febreze and open the window. She finally agreed to have someone go clean the room and change the bed sheets for me. When I came back that night, the smell was still there. The sheets have been changed, but not with clean sheets. I knew something was wrong when I walked in the lobby and she smiled and turned the other way to laugh. Before I even got to the room. At this point I realize they weren't going to do a damn thing to clean the room. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room to get rid of all the dirt and the smell. We had to move one of the guests that was staying with me somewhere else because she couldn't stay in the room. And if it wasn't for my sister, who was paying for half of this, I would've moved myself. If there was a bad smell from a previous guest that was throw up, body odor or just plain messiness they would've gotten rid of the smell. Being a dog friendly hotel doesn't mean doesn't mean every room must smell like a dog. It's a BS excuse and laziness. and just unclean. Especially when the smell is so strong, it makes you want to gag. When you check into the hotel, they give you a piece of paper that explains everything and one of the things on that piece of paper was a clean and fresh room. I was not given a clean and fresh room. And I was ignored when I said something about it. I will never stay at any hotel with this branch again.

Everything is over priced, a can of soda is 2$ an ice cream bar is 3$. They have 2 washers but 6 dryers. If you get locked out of your room, you’ll have to wait 30 mins for the manager to show up. If people leave they’re laundry in the washers or dryer they expect you to swap it out instead of removing it like I every other hotel I stay at. Water pressure is also trash. And the beds are stiff. Weight room is also a poor excuse. Honestly not a it’s candlewood I would pay to stay at. Only reason I’m here is bc my job paid me to be here sadly enough.

BED BUGS!!!We had a reservation for a week stay due to work related. Had to change hotel on the 2nd day due to bed bugs.Check-in was easy and front desk person was personable and professional. I found a bed bug on our 2nd day. Early morning around 3am I was awaken by what felt like an ant bite. My hand was itchy and I looked around my bed to see if there were bed bugs. That evening my daughter complained her neck was itchy. We check her bed and found nothing. The next morning, I found a bed bug on a towel. Took it to the front desk and showed her the bug. Asked them to move us to a different room but Asst. Mgr. denied my request and said she couldn't because we could potentially spread the bugs to the other room. Asst. Mgr also refused to refund for both nights. She said only 1 night because I didn't complain sooner. I told her how could I possibly complain and make accusations the first day, when I didn't have any evidence to prove otherwise, other than itchy hand and neck.

Good location, close to lots of places. Bed is comfy and there is good water pressure in the shower. It's nice but noisy. Refrigerator in room was very loud and annoying. You can hear people stomping around often.

Don’t think twice about booking a room here. Hotel and facilities are very clean and well maintained. Staff is great, Fernanda, Shelly and Karina are excellent. Great restaurants and grocery stores at your doorstep. Can’t recommend it enough!
