I've used a standing desk from Caribou Office since November 2020. I have to say, the quality is excellent, the customer service is top notch, and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. I was a little hesitant purchasing from them at first because they didn't have many reviews at the time, but I scheduled a time to go in and look at their desks and all my worries went away. First, you're supporting a local business with your purchase. Second, you're buying the exact same, if not better, quality as many of those companies online at a fraction of the cost. Third, they'll deliver it for you for free (if you're local!).The only downside is that you do have to drill the holes yourself if you set it up yourself. It took me about 90 minutes to line everything up and feel comfortable that I was doing it correctly. They will do set-up for a small-ish fee though.Altogether, a great experience and I'd recommend a stand-up desk from them!

Bought myself a chair, hands down my favorite office chair I've sat in. The chair model name is Innovative for those wondering. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner, he was extraordinarily knowledgeable about chairs and the industry.When I first received my chair there was some minor damage durning shipping. But I reached out to Caribou and they sent replacement parts immediately.Good products, good business practices. Thanks Caribou.

I ordered the elevate desk to be shipped to Massachusetts for remote work during covid-19, and I had a great experience with Caribou. The desk itself seems more stable than the one I used in the office at my normal desk height of 44"—it's sturdy enough for me to lean on with no noticeable wobble. Unexpectedly, I'm really happy with the fake wood grain on the tabletop as well.I exchanged quite a few emails with customer service before ordering to make sure everything would be okay shipping to MA and to ask some questions about sturdiness, and they responded promptly and politely. They also got back to me promptly when I emailed while setting it up, as I had gone wrong somewhere and couldn't fit everything according to the directions. After sending a couple pictures, I got a few suggestions for how to proceed and was able to rectify the error.The lead time for the desk was 3 weeks from order date -> received, which is a little longer than I would've liked, but I attribute that more to covid-19 demand rather than slow company response. Caribou notified me that some delivery dates were shifting due to demand fluctuations, but I still received it on the day I specified at checkout.

Purchased a Caribou standing desk for my small business after years of using other versions in previous jobs. The entire experience from order, delivery and install was professional and prompt. The quality of the desk is well beyond competing versions and built to last. Excellent value all around and highly recommended.

Great customer service (they hand delivered my desk and chair to Boulder), reasonable prices, and great products. I bought a chair+sit/stand desk and am very happy with them both.
