Overall I had a good experience. My salesman Troy Beck was great. Good communication throughout. I was coming from out of state to purchase without having seen the RV before and the unit was as he described on the phone. I found a few small problems that they fixed while I did the paperwork. Our sales person Troy Beck was exceptional. He made sure that we understood the unit we were purchasing and followed up at the end. The 4 rating is due to the walk through as this person was not that familiar with mercedes. We did not start the generator or hot water heater so we were a bit confused with that.
