I can't say enough for the bankers who work at Chase on Ken Pratt in Longmont Colorado. Garret , John , Nayeli , Shery and Alisson !They are always so courteous, kind, professional and helpful. I am really grateful to them all and have never had this kind of service before from any bank.Besides being the best bankers ever , today when my truck would not start when I was done banking, Garret actually came out and gave me a jump start with his own vehicle and when that didn't work he helped us push the truck to a better spot where I could work on it, what a life saver !Talk about going above and beyond Chase Bank hires the best people and I truly am so grateful .My parents were banking with Chase for a very long time so when I got older I did too, well Now I am 66 years old and there have been countless times Chase bank has helped our family's through the years so I really want to HIGHLY recommend Chase ! They are the BEST !Every employee I've interacted with is so professional and happy even if they are busy ! Scumbag branch manager denied me a job after wasting a week and a half of my time in the interview process because I don't speak Spanish. This was not a requirement on the job posting and with 3 years banking experience, I am more than qualified for the position applied for.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean, who not only answered all my questions but went above and beyond by providing valuable resources to enhance my understanding of saving and investing. Sean went the extra mile in explaining everything to ensure I grasped the concepts. Later, I had the opportunity to work with Romy, she was extremely helpful, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. Their thoroughness and commitment to customer satisfaction reinforced my positive impression of the branch. Their dedication, combined with the warm atmosphere and friendly staff at the branch on 390 Ken Pratt Blvd, Longmont, CO 80501, made my banking experience enjoyable. Really great service, I wanted to drop his name but I forgot since it was like a week ago. Taller guy, beard and I think he was a manager. He was also super kind to the teller when he asked him a question. Great people

Chase bank…where their atm’s are never working. Definitely switching banks after trying to make deposits several times after bank hours and not being able too. Ridiculous

Bad customer at this location. Female Banker is rude and doesn’t offer any help to other customers. She gives a Rude tone and bad manners. There is a Long line to get to a teller window and their excuse is they don’t have enough people to work there. Ummm… maybe they should hire more people or manage their Saturdays better.

Romy was amazing! My boyfriend and I had to set up a lot of stuff and she made the process so smooth. She was also very knowledgeable and stayed over time to help us with everything. Can’t recommend her enough!

Very nice and easy notary signing! Travis was very helpful and kind. I had originally planned an appointment with Venessa, but she was busy when I arrived so Travis helped me out. A well run location, indeed!

Travis Dumler, the branch manager, went above and beyond making my recent experience at Chase a good one when it could have turned out far different. He provided me excellent customer service and handled an issue I was having with the ole Chase corporate brass immediately.Jaime Dixon, give this man a raise!

Went in to get a letter notarized. I asked one of the bankers at her desk.She said they have notaries at the front desk, then raced out to lunch. This was at 11:15. She must have been really hungry.Got to the front desk and they said a second banker that could do that was helping a customer on the phone and asked me to come back in 25 minutes. 25? Really? All my banking calls take 10 minutes, usually less.They even had a 3rd notary that also couldn't be bothered, then told me they normally do notary signatures by appointment. Who makes an appointment for a simple thing like a notary that takes no longer than any other bank transaction? This is at a place I have an account plus 2 mortgages. I went to a real bank (where I'm not even a customer) and was out of there in 3 minutes.I know Chase has a lot of locations for "convenience", but it's not very convenient when your employees can't (or won't) even accomplish simple tasks

I opened up a business account here. Ayleen, helped us set up the account. Lots of options for a business and right away work wonders compared to my business account and Premiere Credit Union which absolutely sucked! The wait is a little long but that seems like everywhere with covid the customer service is good in the commercial line. For the first 4 months I really enjoy banking here other than the wait but the staff is great so it's okay during this season. I really enjoy how the bank will warn me when I sign new accounts up. I'm really happy here until everyone about the bank and their customer service! I'm sure people have had a bad experience here and there but for this long it's been amazing

Desiree, as well as two lovely girls on the teller line, were quick to assist me with an issue I had which turned out to be bigger than I realized. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and it made my day a whole lot easier. I'll go out of my way to use this branch from now on!
