I don’t even have a chase account, but I was notified that somebody was trying to fraudulently open up an account in my name. I went into this branch and was helped immediately and quickly figured things out. I had a very positive experience here so I figured it is worth a share.

Please consider better hours. Why would closing at 5pm sound like a good idea? The majority of the population work until 5 or later. Your essentially saying tough luck figure it out and who cares if you have bills to pay right?
