Drive through has always been slow, like they're making the paper to print your receipt on somewhere in the back. Tonight was perfect. Drive through lights are green and say open, lights are on, tellers inside, drive through is closed. Pushing the call teller button (I was going to ask then to turn off the open signs if they are closed) didn't even get a glance from anyone I could see in the window. Ignored 3 times. Seriously considering closing all of my Chase accounts.

This location can’t actually service customers. The first person went in to deposit cash for her business and they directed her to another location. I asked for a notary, and they can’t do that either. No idea which services they actually do offer here.

Friendly staff but definitely Not ideal for business banking, especially deposits. Their drive-thru is no longer open so you need to go inside every time. If the one or two workers are busy…you could sit waiting for quite some time.
I recommend using a different location.

This branch is completely useless. Like other recent reviewers said. Don’t waste your time going there. They cannot do anything. No drive through, no cash deposit. No nothing. I don’t even know why they exist and people sitting around getting paid and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I recently came in to this branch to solve a problem with my online account that FIVE Chase customer service people–including a VP of a different branch–could not seem to help me with. Lori helped me immediately and fixed the problem with ease. Five stars for Lori—thank you for your help!!

They say this location is a bank but there is no way to get change or quarters, and they have one digital teller just to pull cash out. Embarrassing to say this is a bank, it is a financial advice center.

Tried to cash a check that was from there bank and they flat out refused to cash unless I signed up for an account with them since it was more than 2500 dollars even after the account holder said it was ok to do so. They refused to even talk to the account holder about the check worst bank ever won’t listen to future account holders or current account holders don’t bank here far better banks out there to do business with would give negative star ratting if possible

Absolutely no identification on website or on doors that say “we don’t cash checks” they were short with me when I asked why and they said “we’re the location that doesn't cash checks” will not be using them again for anything banking related and I’m considering switching banks after this insane inconvenience. I needed cash to buy a baby bed and now it’s looking like I won’t be doing that. Thanks guys super helpful!

I understand if an atm is empty and can't dispense cash, but an atm that can't TAKE cash is ridiculous. Sure, I could just go inside and see a teller, oh wait, I forgot there's no tellers either. This branch is completely useless.
