Eric and Arthur from City of Longmont Power were ah-mazing in helping me with an electrical emergency today!! They were prompt, kind, informative, and of course expert electrical specialists. I feel secure having utility engineers like Eric and Arthur serving the City of Longmont community!

I've been "plugged in" to LPC on and off for all my 75 years. I can almost count on one hand the electric outages I've experienced with them in all that time. They also are now my Internet Service provider. I get very reliable 1 GHz bidirectional fiberoptic service and also use their best wifi router for great coverage in my home. I'm proud of them.

I understand and don't blame Nextlight. This explanation provided by LPC is sufficient, and I don't want to rob LPC of $500k that would otherwise be used for improvement of service. I am irritated first with predatory credit card companies, and irritated next that the governing body making the decision to pass on these charges allowed itself to be used by credit card companies who are engaging in profiteering. Just my opinion, to which I'm completely entitled (that last comment aimed at anyone who thinks passing on costs to protect the originator is legitimate). PS: the new 5-star rating is for LPC Nextlight and no other entity.

Great internet with fast speeds! I could not be happier with Nextlight, when I'm hooked up to my router via Ethernet, the speeds are around 600-800! That's insane speeds!I've run into a few issues before, but quickly figured out that the problem was with the router I bought and not the service itself (initially, I got a defective router that refused to connect to the modem, though I was able to get a replacement for free).I'm super happy with the service and would say that this is hands down the best internet you can get in Longmont.

Just want to give you guys props you guys got my power up and running in no time I think you were changing a transformer or whatever you were doing in the ground but you took the old out and put the new in and in no time I have power back up thank you so much for your work very much appreciated very professional

LPC rocked it as we were contracted to perform repairs to a rental that had snow damage to their overhead mast line and left tenant without power. We were able to finally get materials Tuesday when the supply houses opened to repair overhead power line. Called LPC at 4pm and the lineman showed up within the hour to reconnect and restore power to the tenants. God bless the lineman/women that work 24/7 to keep power going to your homes! LPC works their butts off to provide excellent service and deserve a pat on the back or high 5!

Called them on February 15th about wifi going out, after I got off work at approximately 6:45. They answered all my questions and had someone out the next day at approximately 1:00pm. Issues were resolved and I couldn't be more happy with the quick service. Outstanding team :)

While for the most part NextLight has worked very well, this past week it has had trouble connecting and been unable to support the two laptops we use it for.

I love the internet service. However since we have had the service we have never been able to log in online. So I call and pay my bill every month which is not a big deal. But since the first of the year the hold times are crazy. Today I had to call twice the first time I held for 33 minutes gave up and then called back a few hours later after 22 min hold I finally was able to pay my bill. It would be awesome if they had a automated system to pay the bill.

I never got my install. And they charged me fifty buck. They are con artists. I have never used them and was charged by these criminals. Next Light are thieves.

Just about got ran over by a uutility truck while riding a bike in the bike lane on S. Bowen. Called to complain about it and got no where. If they can't be bothered to hire people who can drive I doubt they're service is any better.

Do not use this electric service! Extremely over priced. I moved out of my tiny 600 square foot apartment which I haven’t used in a month into a 1200 square foot house and pay half as much for electric. Terrible experience with customer service after mentioning the disappointment I had in price. All I got was an “OK”. If you have a choice don’t go through them.
