***Ms. Sterling at the Clover Station Self Storage was so helpful and kind, that she helped us decide which size storage unit to fit all of our house holdbelongings. Her suggestion was spot on for all of our needs.
***If you need a reasonable Self Storage space that is safe with videos, locked gates, and security service which is available for each patron, than look no more.
***Also the people who works for Clover Basin Self Storage are professional, knowledgeable and resourceful at all of their products and much much more!!!
***I wish that I had the same experience with all of the retail stores and all the establishments that I frequent.
***Due to Ms. Sterling's proficiency, kindness and experienced customer service, she and definitely thought outside the box and made one of our major issues moving to Longmont Colorado, seem ever so small.

We have had nothing but problems here. The gate was stuck open for over a month at beginning of the year. The mice are beyond a problem. They are in everything. My brother got double charged and it took over two months to get resolved and on one of my lockers the seal at bottom of door isn’t good so every wind storm I end up w dust all over everything. Plus the rates have gone up twice in last year. So once you’re here they can just keep upping your rate as much as they want. Plus when you have problem they just don’t seem to care. I really liked them in beginning but things have just seem to go down hill

Sincerely the best self storage company I have ever used! After several really rough experiences with other companies I was apprehensive to use any self storage place at all. I came to Clover Basin because it had a good move in deal and was close enough to my new place.
Clover Basin Self Storage blew me away in the best ways possible!
Move in was easy and straightforward (even though I initially messed up the size of storage locker I'd need). Sterling was in the shop eveytime I was there, she helped me fix my move in mishap, and also answered the thousand questions I had, with kindness everytime! Move out was even easier. If I ever need storage again Clover Basin will 100% my first choice!!!!
A thousand thank yous to Sterling and Clover Basin Self Storage!

sterling at the Longmont Clover Basin Storage is a great asset to your company and has provided me with excellent service through the rental of 3 large units. she is excellent at her job and deserves recognition, promotion, pay raise, bonuses…any/all of these things. in a world where customer service can seem a lost art, she is a rare talent.

Got credit card statement that had a mysterious $73 charge that employee said he did not show on his end and didn't look into it further than my unit # account on the computer. Did not take any look into charges incurred on the ramdom day I was slipped with a mystery $73 for no gain to me. I dont like that I cant get any answers or possible answers to what I was charged extra for on Feb 25th.

They keep raising the storage cost. In 3 years the price has gone up 100%. I would look else where if you need longterm storage.

This storage place is absolute garbage. They have no security and have had multiple break ins. We lost six items that were not replaceable within a month of renting here and when we filled out the police report they told us that this facility has security issues and that we should move our stuff. The unit wasn’t clean when we came to move in and when we asked them to clean it they came back after doing so and it still had mice droppings… they have pests. They hike up the prices frequently and they have zero carts. I have come in several times to ask questions and nobody was onsite. There isn’t anyone in the office often during business hours. When I gave notice to move they asked when I was vacating but never advised what date I was paid up to so when I went over they expected the full rent and refused to prorate it. Save your money and stuff and go elsewhere. They have two stars on yelp for a reason.

I want to like this place but the frequent, large price increases are horrible. When I point out what a new customer can rent for on the same unit and ask for a price match, they don't care. We literarily have had a unit here for decades. Just wish they would stop with the price increases and give long time customers a break.
