Best Costco in Colorado! This is mainly because the store is not constantly packed wall to wall like others. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly.Very well run and managed store!

I want to give a shout out to George, the membership manager. I was trying to use my SNAP card at the registers and it was not working, so I checked out using a credit card because I did not want to hold up the line. I then went to the membership desk to see if they could assist. George took full ownership of my situation and took me to a register to see if he could get my card to work there. While we still were not able to get it to work, he went above and beyond trying over and over…as I was on the verge of breaking down from humiliation and embarrassment. I finally told him he had done enough attempts and I left everything on my credit card. But he offered to redo the transaction once I was able to get it all straightened out, which was an amazing thing to offer. I did finally get everything figured out, but I am not going to have him redo the transaction; I decided it was fine and it will work next time. Nevertheless, George showed so much kindness and empathy…I cannot thank him enough. I do hope he is informed of this review and understands how thankful I am for all of his efforts. From the bottom of my heart…thank you thank you thank you!

Horrible experience. Tires center is totally suck, made appointment for my new tires payed in advance $1200 showed up on time . Hi ask me 1hrs + for installation after 1hrs come to me and asking another hour, and 15 minutes. I do not recommend this service here, too avoid stress and waste your time better go somewhere else.

If you had any doubts about getting tires through Costco, cast them aside. I needed new tires for my Jeep and ordered them online to this store - took 4 business days for them to arrive, I was able to schedule an appointment on a busy weekend, and the car was good to go in roughly an hour and a half after my appointment time.Adrian and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and serviceable - they called me when my tires arrived to schedule the appointment, and when the car ready was for pickup.Every other experience in this store I’ve had has been great as well. Employees are incredibly friendly, and I am a happy customer.

Riley in the tire center and Adrian are top notch. Unbelievable customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. I truly appreciate their help in servicing my vehicle and going above and beyond when a tough situation came up. What’s better than a great customer service experience? Having one that became a challenge and then them overcoming it and showing their quality in a way I haven’t seen.I am grateful for these people and their ability and the trust their managers allow them, in order to help their guests. To Jordan in customer service thank you very much. I’m a forever customer.

Costco membership policy is ridiculous. The card is in my husbands name. He wasn’t shopping with me and they wouldn’t let me check out. It was either walk out without the groceries or call him to come up to the store so we could complete the purchase. In the future I’ll take my business elsewhere. I can’t imagine if you had an emergency and had to do the shopping because your spouse or other family member wasn’t capable. Maybe instead of having membership card police at checkout you could add more people at the exit to check the receipts and maybe a scanner to speed up the process. Consider fully checking the membership card upon arrival so you don’t get finished shopping only to find out you can’t check out. Customer service is non existent.

Excellent store. Especially impressed with their customer service. An employee spent fifteen minutes with me showing me different sound bars and demoing them for me, and he even went to get a cart for me when I picked one to buy.The store is also generally clean and well stocked. I'll keep my membership for the foreseeable future!

The staff here is usually very nice and helpful. The store is clean. Parking is much easier here than superior. One annoyance that Costco should fix is having to dig a picture ID out when checking out with alcohol. If you have the Costco card, and it has your pic on it, then it should have something embedded into it with age. Just like the Costco CC has when you buy gas you don’t have to use the Costco card as well because all the info is built in so the multi card requirement is side stepped. And the person at the help area when trying to find something, when you’ve already walked the store twice trying to find something that was moved since just the day before, should be more helpful instead of just telling you after looking in the computer “it’s out there, try walking the ends of the isles and you should find it”. Not helpful because somewhere in the computer it should have a location attached. Lastly lesson learned on the lettuce, will not try to buy lettuce here again as it’s always half rotten the next day.

So happy to have a Costco in Longmont! I give the store in general 4 stars, and I imagine as they have time to get more settled it will be even better. I give Dr. Timothy Whitmire, the eye doctor/Ophthalmologist 2 stars. To his credit he recommended a better fitting contact lens than I had before which has made a significant improvement for me and which I appreciate. On the other hand everything else about my experience with him was strange. He has not taken the time to understand and offer a clear process for getting contact lens prescriptions filled by the Costco eye center. He leaves it up to you to figure out the system, to bring the prescription to the center when they're right there --I guess he can't be bothered. When I called the eye center to order my contacts they told me to call the eye doctor but Dr. Whitmire told me to call them. Eventually I got Dr. Whitmire's wife when I called and she was actually helpful as well as gracious. Bottom line: you have to go into the store to order your contacts, Dr.Whitmire can't or won't do that for you. You have to do it in person. And you have to bring in your prescription --Dr. Whitmire won't/won't provide the prescription to the eye center. None of that has been true when getting contact lenses from any other Costco I've been to. When I first arrived for my eye exam I was greeted by the doctor -only he never introduced himself so I thought he was the receptionist, not a big deal but just another indicator of his lack of ability to communicate. Then during the whole eye exam he talked non stop explaining and re-explaining very simple concepts over and over. I couldn't tell if he was mansplaining or if he was just anxious and simply had to keep talking. Even when I let him know I understood he kept re-explaining. A very strange encounter indeed. Next time I'll get my exam elsewhere but still buy my contacts at Costco.

Honestly wouldn't even give this Costco 1 star. Every time I've gone to this store the employees are extremely rude & have no customer service skills. They even made it difficult for me to receive my membership. I gave the store chance after chance but after it being the same thing every time I will not be returning. This membership was a complete waste of money. Will continue to take my business to Sam's club instead.

Great store with one exception... the pharmacy. Super slow. I'd skip it if you're looking for any kind of medical anything.

Somewhat typical Costco experience. As others have stated the selection isn't as good as some of the other local branches.DO NOT go here for returns. You almost feel like a criminal. Returned a knife block that we bought after we brought it home and saw one of the blades was chipped. The return girl was asking me why the picture on the box had more "silver" to the knives than my return. What does that even mean? Other Costcos just take stuff back no questions asked. Some employees are pretty rude with how they openly talk about other employees. Your customers can hear your trashing other people. Grow up.

Nice and clean! I’m from Illinois though and i always buy their Irish Cream for my hubby and in Colorado apparently only sells wine based items but that doesn’t matter to me. No hard liquor here…

Ok selection but same product was $100 less at Walmart when we looked for a room air conditioner.
