My phone was lost, Danielle helped me pick out a phone that was very close to my old one. This location has alway
s treated me and my wife with respect and they know what there doing. The case was not a good fit, the buttons are not lining up... Other than that I have no problem with this store.
A few days later I was able to switch out the case . Thanks you guys, you are worth the drive!!

This location rocks! My husband and I both bought our phones here on different occasions. We come from Lafayette to Longmont and had great customer service from Samantha each time. Sunday hours are a plus!

Simply can’t say enough about the customer service and knowledge of the manager Danielle. She is incredibly kind, helpful, smart and understanding. Her positivity and true interest in helping you get exactly what you need to accomplish and get it done in the best way possible is just not easy to come by these days. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer and highly recommend you visit the store if you’re in need a phone plan.

I wanted to give Danielle a shout out and a kudos for her customer service, hands down and 2 thumbs up ? ?. I have been greeted with a smile and her ability to help me with replacing my phone when I needed help the most, not once but twice now. Danielle is a very kind person and I sure do appreciate her.... so much so that I drive specifically to her store which is further than the other location is to where I live... it says a lot about her.

My wife and I were in to pay on a phone bill. Once there we were surprised to find our bill doubled. When we began asking questions, the manager at the location(older Caucasian woman) began getting very angry. She started yelling at my wife, saying they meaning the store didn’t raise the bill. We asked who did, and she continued getting upset.She had no intention of answering the question or helping. She accused my wife of causing issues, and arguing. She then snapped at my wife to the point of trying to start a fight. The manager was completely out of control and insanely rude. She needs to be terminated immediately! I will be reaching out to Cricket wireless corporate, and possibly the media. However the employee there young lady was trying to help, but the manager kept interrupting and trying to keep her from helping

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. They made valuable suggestions and pointed us in a great direction. We learned all about liquid glass protection and Danielle and Samantha even took the time to apply it for us and we love it! We know we can never go wrong when we visit this store.

Sold me a bill of goods they knew was sour. Service is patchy liquid screen protector supposed to be the best on the market barely hit the corner of my phone and cracked the whole bottom 4 hours after I got the phone. Used ACP credit to get a display phone cancelled my unlimited service with hotspot for 5gs of data spotty service and no hotspot. They didn't tell me it would cancel my phone other service immediately. Had no time to recover my accounts. Phone takes forever to charge be ause it was a display phone I thought a got a good deal but should've just bought a phone on Ebay. Said I would buy accessories for the phone "deal" and I bought a battery pack for 30$ and headphones for 30$ spent 65$ & change within a few days the aux cord shot on the headphones and battery pack takes 2 HOURS to charge and doesn't even charge my phone ONCE. WITH A FULL CHARGE I GOT MY PHONE TO 30%. THEY JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WHEN THEY KNEW I REALLY NEEDED HELP. DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ACP AND DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR ACCESSORIES. They're all poorly made and overpriced products. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH GODLY PPL. Just another place that puts $ & "quotas" over being genuine & offering quality products & services. PEOPLE ALWAYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING AND NEED HELP THE MOST!!! MAY AHBA REBUKE YOU.
