Bought two new phones the other night, 1 phone transferred perfectly. The 2nd phone locked and said my pin was incorrect when I got home. Quickly ran back to the store, but the girl was with another client. She listened to my problem and said she didn't know how to fix it and to come back tomorrow. Not a huge deal. I went back and Bernice was SO rude and told me there was NOTHING she could do to help me. I went to the south store, kind and sweet, did a factory reset and fixed my phone in minuets.

Angie and Bere are the best! I intentionally went out of my area to buy a new phone due to the lack of customer service in my town. The ladies had so much knowledge and were very patient with all my questions. I appreciate their help. Their customer service was such a breath of fresh air and I highly reccomend this store.

Every day, I get a little more pissed off that I went through cricket. They recommended the phone I have. I asked for a phone with a good camera and that would actually work with the Internet etc.
This POS phone does not even take eh photos. They are trash. I have been using photography for years. It is not a user error.
I can not talk to anyone on the phone unless I have them on speaker because they can not hear me- they all say it sounds like I am far away. When I put them on speaker, I can not hear them. I have to ask them to yell because it is so freaking quiet. I do not want my personal phone calls on display for everyone.
The data/ service is TRASH. Customer service is TRASH.
When I called to complain, they said there is nothing they can do unless I pay for a new one. This one wasn't even a month old!! The person that set up my phone said she recommended this phone because she took it home and used it for a month and knows it is a good phone. That was a lie. Obviously.
I paid extra for them to put on a screen protector. She said she would do it. Guess what? She didn't. But I still paid for it.
I am so beyond furious with cricket.
You probably want to know why I don't switch.. because I can't afford to jump from carrier to carrier buying new phones. If I had $500+ to drop on a decent phone and service, I absolutely would.
Straighttalk and tracphone had better service. How sad is that??
So if you are wondering if this is the company you should switch to, I personally did not have an okay experience. At all. If you still decide to go with cricket, I hope your experience is better.

office was a mess and an awful staff member. she told me the phone i wanted was twice what i knew it cost. went home and ordered it online from cricket instead. cannot recommend this store. sad because i've had their service for near 15 years with minimal complaints. cricket should tell that girl to kick rocks.

Went to get a sim card for an iphone 7. Bernice refused to sell me a physical sim card and told me the iphone 7 will only take an esim card. Sold me a QR code I couldn't use and told me my phone was not unlocked. I looked it up and confirmed the iphone 7 is too old for the electronic sim card so I called to tell her that and she told me I was wrong. She would not give me a refund. I went to the Cricket on Ken Pratt and they confirmed the iphone 7 is too old for the electronic sim card and also confirmed my phone was unlocked. Lovely women at Ken Pratt store sold me a physical sim card that worked and activated the phone for me. Go to the Ken Pratt store for best customer service

I went to pay bill the GIRL that would not give me her name had a attitude and not helpful at all !!! So I left came BK forgot my money on the counter refuse to give me my money back saying she did not see it which I know she did we were the only two in the store so I strongly don't recommend coming to this store at all so unprofessional point blank

Purchased a phone with my upgrade called because it has been malfunctioning with text messages. Bernice (horrible customer service) let me know there's nothing cricket can do as far as a return I pay for protection monthly. Coverage protects a broken phone. Not a phone that is not operating correctly.

Woman was rude. Tried to take my debit card out of my hand, and didn't give me the option of selecting how to run it(debit/credit) at the end of the transaction I told her that the card payment machine was on the counter so us as customers, who have the right to NOT hand over our cards to some rando, can select how to run it and choose the yes this is the right amount. She just didn't want me to see the screen and to run it as credit, even though if she asked, she would have learned that I turned off that feature. every purchase I make needs to have a pin, she's not a bank teller and has no clue. yes I am telling you how to do your job when you cross several legal lines about bank cards. I am involving my bank as it was a shady as crap transaction.
