What can I say about CFL? I've been a member since 2023 after starting Crossfit in California back in 2020. My lifts have improved a ton, not just in strength but also in technique. I am constantly challenging myself into a better athlete and being supported by the coaching team. It's a testament to their great knowledge that I was able to workout throughout my whole pregnancy (I did a workout in the morning and got induced at night) and come back even stronger. Many thanks to Kris, Crystie, Will, Zac, Sarah, CoPo, Ian, Matt W and Kerry. Y'all have built a community that encourages all of us to be better.

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Longmont for a few months, and a long time CrossFit member (2013) before that. I have been so impressed with my experience at this box! I was immediately welcomed into the community by other members - it’s actually part of the house rules to introduce yourself to new people! There have been several social events since I joined as well, making it easy to make friends. The coaching is top notch and well suited for athletes of all fitness levels. The gym is clean and well taken care of by all members. If you’re looking for a new CrossFit gym or are curious about the sport, I highly recommend CrossFit Longmont!

Joining CrossFit Longmont has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I’m loving CrossFit more than I ever expected to. I love that the workouts are totally scalable—so no matter your fitness level, you can do it—and yet they’ll always kick your butt in the best way.
One of my favorite things is that there’s always something to work on and improve. I thought I would hate the Olympic lifting, but I’ve actually loved it. There's something so empowering about lifting more weight than I ever thought possible—it makes me feel incredibly strong.
I also really appreciate that this gym requires three fundamentals classes before you jump into regular classes. At first, I wasn’t thrilled—I was eager to dive right in—but I ended up finding them super helpful. Most other gyms don’t take the time to do this, and it really sets you up for success.
And maybe most importantly, the community here is amazing. The support I’ve felt from the coaches and other athletes has been incredible. It’s filled a hole in my life that I didn’t even know was there.
If you’re considering trying CrossFit, I can’t recommend CrossFit Longmont enough.

After 275 classes, here is my update. Class was great! Coach Zac was on point being the encouraging expert he always is. Class was full and we all had a good time. The improvements that Kris has put into the facility are very meaningful. Good times and good people👍🏻 Continue to highly recommend!

CrossFit Longmont is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and it’s just a great community to be apart of. Going to the gym always brightens up my day.
The coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable. They really take the time to help you work through proper form on the movements and find ways to adjust the workout to best fit individual needs, whether it be working on mobility, strength or recovering from an injury.
Overall it’s a great way to have fun and challenge yourself.

I have been a member for almost two months and I absolutely love it! A great sense of community, everyone is welcoming, and all of the coaches are incredible. Coaches are engaged and make sure your technique is accurate.

As new residents to the Longmont area, my wife and I were looking for a local CrossFit gym to join. The CrossFit Longmont community has been incredibly welcoming since day one and it's been an awesome opportunity getting to train under their excellent coaches. From programming, coaching, and community, CrossFit Longmont checks all the boxes, and I would highly recommend checking them out!
