I experienced great customer service as I was asked if I needed any help within 5 minutes and then when I was waiting for a fitting room another employee took time to take me to an open fitting room so I didn’t have to wait.
I wish they had more sweatshirts and hoodies though.

I would not recommend the bike department for service or expertise. I bought a bike online and had it assembled at another store. I bought the warranty to go with it. There was a problem with the brakes so I brought it into the Longmont store. The bike tech seemed annoyed that I was there asking to service my bike. He said he was busy and would take two to three weeks and he wasn’t sure if he could fix it. I asked if he could take a look. He said he would look at it and call me in 2-3 weeks if he couldn’t get to it. I didn’t hear anything for 5 weeks so I called for an update. He wasn’t in so they asked me to call back in the morning. I requested he call me back. He didn’t. I called later that day and the woman working was kind and helped me out. She said she would look into the issue and get back to me. She called me back a little while later and said the technician could not fix the bike as he didn’t have the tools or knowledge to fix it. She asked that I pick it up and take it to another store.
They had my brand new bike for 5 weeks. Didn’t touch it, didn’t call me. And told me to take it to another store as they could not fix a bike that Dicks sporting goods sells.
Wouldn’t recommend their bike department

I was so excited to see Dwayne. I haven’t seen him in over 10 years. He was very helpful from the beginning of the purchase to the end of the purchase and just all the way around helpful I enjoyed being around him and also my kids. Thanks Four helping me get the punching bag for my son. I hope you guys recognize this and Dwayne is recognized for the hard work he does.

In store is just occasionally OK. Mostly because they don’t sell anything that I need or want in the store and the staff is un knowledgable about the merchandise. Ordering from them online is the worst. Slow. Slow. And very slow. Their online customer service is atrocious. Bring back merchandise to stores!

This will be my very first 1 star review. I bought Nike Youth Size 1 shoes for my 8 year old daughter on August 28, 2024. Today, 2.5 weeks later I brought those shoes and the receipt back to the store as the bottoms were already falling apart, she has worn them 8 times. I was told by the "shoe reviewer/manager?" that they could not take the shoes back as they are not in resellable condition and that the bottom falling apart is not a manufacturer defect but rather that my 8 year old (who has other shoes that have lasted over a year) had clearly heavily worn them (i.e. worn them outside apparently). The "shoe reviewer" was immediately aggressive and snide and I will never buy another item from Dicks again especially as this is the quality of product they choose to sell.

You should find a local sporting store or Walmart. My last time the store manager was so rude as usual and focused that , then she had a Karen before I could run out because she smash mouth the police found my 1000 bike which was between doors in entrance way whale trying make purchase,, stolen. My God use local business. No pressure sales.

Shoddy advertising. Came in excited for a jersey on sale, looked multiple times at sign to check for exceptions, didn’t see any and then went up to register and not very polite lady rudely told me it wasn’t included when the sale literally went up to the high dollar amount explicitly. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Other prices are high too.

Trying to find a specific item saw one person helping another customer, so I kept looking. Couldn’t find anybody to help me so decided to leave three of them. We’re just chatting having a nice little conversation by the door on the other side of the registers at that point after walking around aimlessly Decided they really did not want my patronage
