The dudes at this location are straight up awesome. I had a flat tire when I came in around 1pm on a busy Saturday and they recommended switching out the flat with my spare tire. By 2pm they had my flat tire removed and the spare mounted on. And they didn't charge me a dime. Kevin has the leadership skills to run the shop on his own if he had to, and Jackson is one of the best tire technicians they have. Even though they are having fun at work they remain professional and focused. Keep up the good work guys.

Today I was shown a MASSIVE amount of kindness from Kevin. I never got the opportunity to speak with him before I left, my car was in and out very quickly. I had scheduled some new tires I purchased online previously to be installed on my car. The old ones were BAD BAD and definitely made me a bit of a road hazard. That said, I had EVERY intention of paying for my tire swap. However my financial instition had made that impossible to do. I had originally called to cancel my apt, but I had Kevin answering my call this morning. I let him know that I would HAVE to cancel VS reschedule because I had no idea when my bank would fix their global issues. My heart was in my throat at this point with disapointment and just feeling SO very let down. Their system that processes ACH's and direct deposits went down sometime over night on Tuesday evening. To my dismay, they STILL didn't have it figured out and fully fixed for hundreds of thousands of their customers. I dont know if Kevin felt bad for me or whatever inside of him did this but I just REALLY needed to mention it, he wouldn't let me cancel the apt and wanted me to come in as scheduled and he would take care of it for me. Kevin, I'm sorry I didn't have the chance to shake your hand in person, or even give you a hug had you let me. You did NOT have to do that for me. I would absolutely LOVE to pay this forward once the banking system has been fixed. Surely there is someone else who could benefit on the kindness of others when it feels like it's few and far between these days. If you've made it this far into my lengthy review, please know I will ALWAYS and forever be a major advocate for Discount Tire off of Hover. They've taken care of me multiple times when it was the least expected and definitely not expected. I'm extremely beyond grateful to be able to drive my care safely again and without having to constantly put air in my tires just to ensure I can get from A to B. Please give these guys a chance to take care of your needs. I bet you 9 out of 10 times they will bend over backwards to ensure you're SAFE and taken care of over squeezing out every last dollar they can from you. Whoever is Kevin's boss, DO NOT let this man go from your team. He will keep people coming back time and time again. If someone can reach out to me so I can pay this kindness forward sometime next week, I would be very thankful to you!

Discount Tire NEVER fails to completely amaze me with the kind, attentive interactions, determination & ability to squeeze me in, balance & rotate tires fix flats on my dually & trailer, etc.! I don't know how you have a bad experience at this place & this includes two different stores. If you have a bad experience, it might be a good idea to look inward a little bit, in fact, regarding life in general, that might be a good idea-look inward!

These guys really go above and beyond. My alternator decided to die while my car was in the bay being serviced. Since I didn't have a problem driving over I thought I could make it a few miles home, so they pushed my car out of the bay and gave me a jump. My car died again after it got in the middle of the street and the guys came and pushed my car into the parking lot (I think a couple of them were off duty). Then they allowed me to leave my car there until a tow truck could get it the next day. They also stored my old wheels since my car wouldn't lock. I always receive great service here.

I went in for an air check and top off, was told by the manager that my tires (bought the previous month) would have to be replaced for them to do anything about it, and was stating I shouldn’t go back on the road without replacing them. I told him they were new tires, couldn’t afford to replace them after a month without forgoing my food money for that paycheck, and was told “it wouldn’t hurt you to skip a couple meals.” Brought it into another shop who checked my tires and were baffled that they were ever in doubt as to their condition. Never going back here again.

My tires had been wearing down and I wanted to get the less worn out ones on the front to buy me a little bit more time until I was in a better position to get new ones. However I was denied a tire rotation unless I bought all new tires even after explaining my situation.

I've purchased tires from here twice and had a repair done today. Their customer service is fantastic. They're quick and professional. I've never felt pressured here or like I was being rushed. I came in today as a walk-in and the guy that got me checked in was honest that it might be a couple of hours before my car would be ready (7:46pm). They had it ready 2 hours before. I'll definitely bring my business back here and would recommend these guys!!

I wish I could give them zero stars, they had us wait 5 hours just to tell us they didn’t want to rotate out tires, that I already paid for, wasted our whole day and snapped a bolt on our rv wheel well, I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone they are all rookies who need to be fired
