There was an issue with one of our drive up orders recently and Dash was, as always, so helpful in getting it solved.

“I recently purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro over the phone, and unfortunately the experience started off very frustrating. For reasons I still don’t understand, the phone was shipped to a Verizon affiliate in Longmont and not the corporate Verizon store. During the data transfer process, several mistakes were made, which caused my new phone to malfunction and created issues with my email accounts. At one point, I was even told that they couldn’t help resolve the problems.
Thankfully, Ramon at the corporate Verizon store in Longmont (1234 S Hover St) stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He worked with me over a few visits to carefully troubleshoot the issues. Ultimately, he had to reset my new phone and start fresh. Ramon patiently walked through all of my settings, clearly explained important features, and showed me how to use functions that matter most to me. He answered every question thoroughly, provided helpful examples, and made sure I never felt rushed. Most importantly, he was empathetic and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left.
I returned again today with a couple of minor questions and to turn in my old phone. Patrick assisted me, and he was equally outstanding. He went out of his way to patiently help and made the process smooth and easy. In my opinion, he is a five-star representative.
Both Ramon and Patrick provided exceptional customer service, and I’m very grateful for their professionalism and care.”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. This place is always open, they always seem to have a competent staff member. I can always count on them for an early morning coffee before anywhere else is open. I'd imagine it's a tough gas station to run because it's always so busy. I would recommend this gas station to anybody looking for late night snacks or a place that's open.”

“-15 degrees outside and my wife and I were in need of a couple drinks to go. We had just been shooed away from the Conoco directly across the street for being in the parking lot for 2 minutes. On many occasions the clerk at 7-11 has been kind and respectful. We much prefer the customer service and simple shopping experience at this location. “This 7-11 while not unique does afford the distinction of being the 7-11 that I have visited the most times across my years. Staff is kind, welcoming even! They recognized my repeated visits and even tried to get to know my weird self a bit. I appreciate the effort.
Also one day a year they'll let you fill up any vessel with slushies. One time I filled up the bed of my pick up truck.”
