She also helped me get the best bang for my buck on an item I needed a loan on. With smiles and positivity throughout the whole process, I would recommend this shop to anyone! The two ladies that helped me both initially when I first got there to the time where I had left and finished filling everything out they helped me they were very professional and friendly. I could not recommend them enough and if you choose to go here, you will definitely be happy with your customer service and just the way they handle everything here. I can’t remember either one of their names but they’re all pretty great here, but these two ladies specifically stand out and deserve recognition so whoever helped Me here at this location on Main Street deserve a raise or at least some recognition and just to clarify my name is In the review!

How dumb can a company be? You say you authenticate items of value, but that’s a lie! I have an item that I went to borrow against. And first EZ pawn I went to dismissed it and told me it wasn’t authentic. Then I go down the highway to another EZ pawn because I know its authenticity… and that store was able to authenticate it. Come on now.. Do Right the first time!

My experience here was incredible! Fantastic pricing on the item we bought and phenomenal customer service even right at the end of the day. The gentleman who helped me, mikey, was incredibly respectful and courteous to me and dad, clearly explaining everything I needed to do and making it a quick and easy experience despite many complications.
