I have never had a problem at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. It never really has a lot of ppl and if they do they attend to them quickly. Drop offs are also really easy as well.

AJ and his team at the Longmont fedex go above and beyond the customer’s expectations. They took time during rush hour to help customize and print some items directly from my computer, working outside the norm. I appreciate AJ saving me so much time and being efficient with the profess.

Josh was incredibly friendly and patient with all of the customers that he was helping. Despite all of the customers I was still able to drop off my package quickly and continue on with my day. I will definitely use this location in the future because of my experience today!
