Worst experience I’ve had at a bank. The first time we went, we were told that it was too close to closing time, about 45 minutes from when we got there,to move funds to a CD account. We asked for an appointment during the weekend. Went at the scheduled time and ended up with the same teller, Genesis, but was told we needed to wait 30 minutes. We told her we had an appointment, but they were “overbooked”. We tried to get in touch with a manager but during this, they threatened to kick us out for raising our voices. Manager was not available, so we called their other branch, who said we would need to try again Monday. After asking to get in the queue, we heard the other branch call but she couldn’t talk because we were standing in front of her. We decided to work with another teller, Rigo, who got the account opened in 30 minutes. Unless you have basic banking, avoid this branch or at least her. She needs basic customer service skills as escalating an already tense situation and ignoring our complaints led to a worse outcome

A+++ Zero fee for checking and savings!!! Saul was so professional and very intuitive to all my questions. This is a great bank! Won’t charge you to have money sitting in their bank.

Very poor customer service. Over 20 years ago when I became a customer of this bank it was very good. Today it has hired people with little knowledge of the banking business and I have received three different answers in a week as to an account of mine. I was told I would be called about an issue and no call was ever received. I do not recommend this bank due to their lack of knowledge and inability to assist customers in a professional manner. Look elsewhere for a bank.

I came in with a referral letter i needed notarized and was denied and told to go to fed ex or somewhere else because they refuse to do it. They were rude and clearly don't know how to do their job as a notary.

Poor customer service. I had my accounts for over 25 years with FNBO. Amara and Regal need more training to do their jobs. I had a pending charge to close my account and they were to pay my check. It was not handled properly and the check was returned with fee. I spent over an hour to explain the situation with no resolution. This bank hires staff that don't care to provide customer service you need to evaluate your processes. I am a disabled senior and need assistance. I was told to come to the bank and get the remaining balance and nothing to resolve the returned check and fee. Not to mention the retail store I wrote the check to. I would never recommend this bank if this is how they handle their customers. If you are looking for a bank, look elsewhere.

I will be moving my accounts as soon as i can. Dirring this disaster i have received NO help from my banking team after repeated calls in for assistance and messages left with no response. My business is going to die and i am going to loose everything thanks for the help.... NOT!

Luke and his team at First National Bank are great and so helpful! They provide the best customer service. Any time I've had questions about my account or the services they offer, they have been happy to provide the information I need and clearly explain everything to me. Highly recommend!

The bankers, all staff at The branch on Main Street next to King Soopers and ibmc are awesome! Meghan A. and many others are so personable. They remember you, take care of you, know you by NAME when you just walk in. This is an amazing team in a banking environment which to someone who realizes the old school method of A REAL bank that is awesome! They actually care.
