I thought buying a car from these guys was too good to be true and unfortunately I was right. After only owning the car for less than three months the back rear brakes started making a loud humming noise. When I tried address the issue to the dealer I was told that it's common and not to worry about it. WHAT?!!!A loud weird moaning noise on a brand new vehicle is normal. Okay. I only paid $27,000 with $3000 down to be treated like this. I'm told you can bring it in...but we don't have loaners and it could take 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, just to get you a loaner. What a JOKE in customer service. These guys are all great when they want your money, but when it comes down to actually delivering a reliable true certified car-don't expect it. Read the other reviews and take them as warnings as I should have!!!! These guys don't give a single crap about you and what they sell. You'll have to call so many times to even get a lame answer because no one wants to deliver quality service, just quality scamming. I finally brought car in, charged me another $100, said it was fixed. And guess what...the car still makes the same damn noise!!! Just do yourself a favor! Stay far far away from this dealer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer.

A/c in my 2013 Escape died on a 100 degree day. My very amiable service coordinator was Erik Wolken. He was very professional and responsive and did what I asked, keeping me apprised of the progress by phone. I highly recommend this Ford Service Center and Erik Wolken

inquired about cars and prices, they thought they were being cute playing hardball. "There's one a little closer, I can probably get it if you're ready to go on one, just need to start the purchase process" when i asked for a link to a car they were going to source "No sir no link that would show where we get the car from, curious though why would you not be ready to purchase after inquiring to purchase online". Crooks man. Want me to start a purchase process for a car I've never seen, don't know specs/stats etc and then have the balls to tell me TO MY FACE they are trying to hide where they get their cars from. Was waffling between ford and dodge and this cemented my decision. Bunch of crooks, avoid at all costs.

While I can't say I am happy about the length of time I was without my car, I can say once Julio Martinez got involved, he was able to turn things around and get the car fixed and offer some discounts that tremendously helped our family during these difficult economic times!! Ask for Julio when you bring your vehicle into Mike Maroone Ford!

I made contact with these guys last Thursday about a car I was interested in. Drove in from out of state to look at it and test drive. Was told they were considering it sold to me and that it was being held for me. Had financing set up from my credit union by Monday. Approval letter sent and then I get a call that another salesperson sold it. No offer to find one like it, no discount on a different one, nothing. Just a phone call with BS apology and wasted time. When greed outweighs customer service you shouldn't be in business.

I've tried to get a recall on myCar done for over a year- no one called me back... finally got ahold of someone today and now they're saying the recall isn't valid as of Jan 1... next step- get BBB involved. They could care less about customer satisfaction after they make a sale.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. Definitely had the best salesman (Dakota Richards) always keeping me informed and updated through the year long wait process but it was easy fast and awesome!

Great in helping to buy a vehicle. After The purchase you have to fight for communication. Try to get in for service and was told I didn't buy a warranty that I actually did but. Sent all the paperwork in To prove it. And waited for a call back. Nothing. I had to drive up there. Just recently inquired about a part and guess what nothing. I guess I have to drive up there again. Or maybe I will just go somewhere else.

First time buying a f250 2015 therefore there are certain issues i am unfamiliar with until post research that you realize made your purchase a horrible decision. After about a month randomly on the road going 60+/- mph the truck began to wobble aggressively. I tried braking, let off the pump and it began to correct itself and drove normally again but when i say aggressively i mean truck was wobbling and sensors were going off like a door was open and started steering to the right by itself on 287 with no control from my part. Thought it was a one and done situation but was very wrong. Happened perhaps 6-9 times after that and unfortunately became accustomed to it to the point i knew what to do. Now imagine you have your 2 year old in the back seat and that one time it doesn't go as planned which is almost what happened while driving on 119. I'm grateful nothing happened as we could've had a serious accident that dealership wouldn't be responsible for of course. I had reported this about 2 months after i purchased to which they said replace this part as we're familiar with the "death wobble" problem and this is the fix. Huge mistake from the dealership as it happened with my 2 year old post replacement of that part. Brought it in 2 weeks ago, looked through everything and now it needs $10k in repairs. ($4k to fix the wobble that came with the truck and $6k for dpr/scr assembly check engine light that came a month after purchase.) They say they're here for you and use their great communication and psychology tricks but I've paid for everything so far so nothing has been handed to me or fixed. But then again what do i know. Just a kid looking to have bought a good truck from some good honest people i could trust without expecting that it would come with all these problems. I would never wish this to anyone but if it was your kid Joshua, perhaps you'd actually understand how i feel and done a bit more than slap a $10k bill at my face. Careful buyer. Perhaps there's something behind the reason they seem to have so many great reviews on google but not so much on yelp. Thanks ford for all your help and helping your drivers feel safe on the road

Update: I went there and got a great service manager (Josh) and he got my truck diagnosed and approved for fixing. I pick it up Friday! I took my truck in for service on Monday morning and they told me it would be three days before they could complete a diagnostic although I had a completed diagnostic in my hand of what needed to be done they had to do their own. Three days goes by and now they're telling me it's going to take another day to finish the diagnostic but they had a technician looking at it all day yesterday. This makes absolutely no sense so I'm going in person to find out why.

Brought my car in because the radio had begun to turn off and on randomly, even when the car was parked and turned off, finally resulting in killing the battery. They kept my car 9 days without fixing it. I called periodically to check status, and couldn't get through many times. Many times, I didn't get a call back and resorted to calling the sales side to see if they could get a message to service for me, which they kindly did. Two days before I picked up my car, service told me it was fixed and I could get it the next day. Next day, I heard nothing and had difficulty getting through to someone in service to tell me when I could pick it up. Finally got a call back saying they ordered the wrong part and my car wasn't fixed. The part my car needed was on a national back order list, with no ETA. So I picked up my car the next day. My car was very dirty inside and out (not how I usually keep it), and my windshield wipers were literally shredded (not how they were when I brought it in). I wondered if someone had swapped my good wipers for their shredded ones before I picked up the car. Haven't heard a word since, and it's been 3 weeks. I do not recommend Mike Maroone Ford Service.

On 20 SEP 22 I took my grandson to test drive a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 ST Quad Cab 4WD advertised to be selling for $11,498 at. It was an hour drive one way from Wellington through heavy traffic and construction sites for us to get there. The truck was for my grandson, and he spoke to a "Joey" on the phone. When we got to the dealership, Joey told us the truck had not been detailed or had gone through inspection yet, so it wasn't ready. That was important information he should have told us before we drove there, but didn't. We took it for a test drive since we were already there. Joey told us the truck would be detailed and inspected the next day and that another salesman would call us when ready because he was not going to be there. However, the following day nobody called, which was highly unprofessional of them, and when my grandson called them, Anthony Nieto, the other salesman who was supposed to call him told him the truck had already been sold. When asked why, Anthony said that it was because we didn't leave a retainer. Just about everything about Mike Maroon Longmont Ford dealership is underhanded, lies, or deception. They advertised trucks that were not ready for the customer, Joey never mentioned to us that a retainer was needed to call us when the truck we test drove was ready, they never called us when the truck was ready as promised, or to let us know that the truck we were waiting for had been sold. That type of un unreliable, and highly unprofessional treatment we received at Mike Maroon Longmont Ford dealership could have been lack of professional tact and sheer incompetence on their part, but I would not recommend that dealership to anyone based on our experience with them.
