I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but something highly suspicious is happening at this GameStop regarding Pokémon TCG products. As a GameStop Pro member and cardholder, I expect at least some level of priority when it comes to customer service, but that is clearly not the case here.
This store consistently sells out of Pokémon TCG products before doors even open or items become available for online preorder. This strongly suggests that employees are either back-dealing products or purchasing them themselves for resale. This isn’t just an isolated issue at this location—I've encountered the same problem at other GameStop stores. Any time I attempt to purchase in-store or online on release day, products are mysteriously gone almost instantly.
GameStop, you're already struggling as a company, and issues like this are only making things worse. I already have an open case against another location for the same reason. Fix this immediately, or this store will face even greater challenges than it already does.

Doors were locked and shade closed at 1pm. The store is suppose to be open, but apparently nobody showed up for work to open the store. Thumbs down.

This store is very wishy washy. Ive had problems here.. Went in friday before last for an item, was told come back friday at 11am and we should have some. So i show up friday and 1040am because the item is highly anticipated. The doors are open already. I walk inside and ask an employee if they had any left and why the door was open. He said they opened at 10:00 a.m. for this special release and are completely sold out. . I was told last Friday to be there at 11:00 a.m. and there will be a line. .... They said they told people however the 8+ people there at 11am never heard that either.... just lame how these stores are getting highly anticipated items for collectors, yet they hardly hit the shelves, end up going to close friends and family. .....

I'm a pro member and two times now I call the day before and get told false times. Online it says open at 11. The employee told me 11. I think the employees are buying or holding for people not happy

I showed up a few minutes after 11:00 a.m. and there's a sign on the door that says holiday hours the store opens at 10:00 a.m. and next to it are the regular hours which show 11:00 a.m. as the opening time. Either way, I was there when the store was to be open but they were not in fact open. Not cool

Average GameStop inside. I understand that there are many times that only one employee can be staffed at a time, but when you have 4 people in line, small talk with the customer you're serving isn't ok.

I hadn't been in a GameStop for years because I remembered them as being dirty and offering insulting trade-in values.
So you can imagine my surprise when I walked in to this one to be greeted by the world's friendliest lady in a sparkling clean and sleek store.
This isn't the GameStop I remember... thankfully.

The last 2 times I've tried to go to this store it had been closed during business hours for lunch. While I understand the need for a lunch break, there should indeed be a secondary employee to cover the store.
When this happens the store loses money from customers who get turned away and go to Target instead.
This should be addressed by the GM or Corporate if it's not an accepted policy.

It's a nice looking store. When I was a kid, I used to scrounge up a few bucks and head to GameStop to see what used games I could get, but nowadays, it feels like GameStop is the place you go to pay top dollar for used games, I hate to say it, but the days of walking into a physical game store are dead. Everything they sell can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. There are some GameStop exclusive merch items, but you may even find a better price for those online.

Had a very positive visit. Was able to find everything we were wanting to purchase. Very friendly staff.

Gamestop is always game stop. Good place for games and collectibles, staff not always super helpful
