Sold me a broken PS5 controller, brought it back to return it and told me i would only get $10 back of the $60 I paid for it, and if it was broken I would get no money back for it..? Terrible service and policy. Will not be shopping at GameStop again.

This place has really gone downhill since Johnny and the original crew left. I rarely go in anymore and today I was reminded why. The employee that dresses in women’s clothing has got a terrible attitude and customer service. No matter how nice you are to him. He’s combative, surly, and very unpleasant both on the phone and in person. I’m officially done with Game Stop and will stick with ordering from Amazon

This store has definitely gone downhill in the 3 years I've been coming here. Hopefully the new crew lasts longer and are more welcoming to someone whose family comes in at least 3-5 times a month. ?

Preordered a game (mario wonder) about a month ago. got a precall to remind me a few days ago from Marcus and he let me know about an early drop to get some extra free merch. Went into the store today to pickup - store was crowded with a long line - Marcus was holding down the fort by himself and made all the guests in the line feel welcomed and appreciated and he was good at handling all the customers by himself. He is a super nice dude and while I always have good service at gamestop, he made this visit stand out due to his above average friendliness.10/10

They're really into toys/clothes/gifts/accessories now that you can just download games now. It's like the Spencers Gifts of video games. Always worth it to stop & browse.

They lost my package and when i followed all their procedures to claim they turn around and say there is nothing they can do. Just stay with other online retailers and stay far away from GameStop.

This place is awful, I bought an item here for $100 that never worked. I called them and let them know right away that it didn't work. I was told I could bring it in for a refund or exchange. I had to leave town for business and was past the 30 day return window by the time I was back in town and could bring it in to them it had been 5 weeks since buying it. I thought the 30 days was just for asking for a refund or in the instance you hadn't let them know right away the product didn't work. Anyway they would not let me exchange it for a working one. So I just had to throw away $110. Will never buy anything from here again.

Son just purchased a Pokémon Arceus Vstar set that says it comes with 15 decks. Got home to open it and it only has 13 decks immediately calls game stop and they say not their issue and nothing they can do about it. $75 for an incomplete set and there is nothing they can do about it?!? So they are purchasing from a company in which they are selling to their customers but not correcting errors or issues? Lost a life long customer for this we will just go to target and Walmart for our stuff.
