Scheduled an appointment multiple days in advance and they turned me away nearly immediately. I know it’s a busy day but how they went about it was very disappointing and the girl I spoke to treated me so rude and unkind. Never going back.

Don’t try calling the store! Terrible experience! All you get is recordings - actually TWO recording’s talking over each other. Finally talked to a real person who didn’t know anything and was hard to understand. Won’t shop here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I repeat, literally do not even bring a device here if you want any help at all. You are better off googling things yourself. The employees aren't even trained to use their own computer better yet even answer a question without running to some worthless manager hiding in the back, how do you think they will help you fix your device?Definitely do not go here for AppleCare or any iphone services. They will waste over an hour of your time although the employees know less than what is common sense about the repair service to tell you that they have to send it to apple because they truly have no idea what they are doing and don't want to admit that. They carry stock of replacements according to all their online systems and even phone representatives but it's all a false representation and the little manager in the back will tell his employees he doesn't have the stock.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have purchased several extended warranties through Geek Squad. Now I actually have to use it and IT IS WORTHLESS!!! My washing machine has been broken for almost two weeks, the parts aren't available for at least a month. The repairman from LG says it should be replaced or bought out but NO ONE at Geek Squad will help me! They give me a customer service number where you wait forever and no one has the power to do anything. I have reached out to the Best Buy home advisor who helped with the purchase and of course he is nowhere to be found!! This is such terrible service! We have always been good Best Buy customers but I don't think I will use them anymore. NO service, NO help and nowhere to turn!!

I called to make an appointment to have geek squad fix something that they installed (and has since stopped working). The robot answering machine goes in circles. I finally get through that and am on my way to talking to a real human. After 15 minutes one answers. I tell them I need an appointment and she says she can transfer me to the appropriate department. Another 15 minutes on hold and I get hung up on. Just like that I’ve wasted 30 minutes of my life.

Horrible experience! I called Geek Squad in advance and asked if they could repair the screen of my Samsung phone. The person on the phone call said they could, and gave me a quote of $209, and made an appointment for me. I received an email and confirmation number for the appointment. But after I spent half an hour driving there, I was told they were not able to repair my phone! Their manager Allie said all she could offer was to make an appointment for me with some other repair shops! Are you kidding me? You made me driving a round trip of one hour for making an appointment? I have never had such a bad experience with Best Buy!!

I was told ( after a 10 minute wait on the phone) by the service representative that and I quote " since formatting an SD card was such a complex issue... A technician would most likely have to come out." And then placed on hold again. Even though I was shocked at the representative's ignorance I waited on hold to speak with a technician.... 5 more minutes. I hung up.I think I spoke with a N*** and all the Geeks were busy.

Scammers from India got access to my computer and were controlling it. I hung up in time. Took my laptop to Geek Squad and paid $150 for them to remove ALL malware. The DID NOT do that. I found two programs still on my computer..."TeamViewer" and "Any Desk" that the scammers had me download giving them access to my bank accounts under the guise that they were going to refund me money charged by Microsoft. Very poor service. Watch some scam baiting videos, guys, so you know what to look for.

Strongly NOT recommended! The guys have no idea what a service is. They say that replacing the battery in the iphone XR costs $53, after three days, when it comes to replacing, you need to add $79 for replacing the speaker, without which it is impossible to replace the battery!)0/10

The guys were great. I came in fearing the worst, a dead laptop. They diagnosed it as a dead battery told me what to do. We discussed replacing my laptop in the near future, which I will do. David and Aron??? were my tech's thanks guys.

ordered a router today. the whole Geek squad experience basically sucks! The Geek squad agent seemed to be more interested in selling upgrades and add ons that I'm now finding out are not needed. Glad I could help this l**** with his commissions.

Brought my iPhone in because the screen stopped working properly. The guy spent 45 minutes try to run diagnostics and retrieve the serial number from my iPhone. He seemed confused about how to do this and had another guy come help him who was able to do this in about 2 minutes. I have no idea why it took him so long to simply assess a problem that I had already identified when I came in.
