This particular store location is wonderful. For over 15 years I have been taking my vehicles for service and not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone is helpful, courteous and explains everything. I no longer live here in Longmont but I still make the trip from Colorado Springs just for their service. Justin serviced my vehicle and did a great job this time. Thank you to all at this location and look forward to my next visit.

I recently had my first visit to Grease Monkey in Longmont, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The service started off great with the oil change, which was completed much quicker than at any other place I've visited.
However, a coolant change for my Hyundai SUV presented a significant problem. My vehicle requires a specific green coolant to run properly. On Saturday, a technician drained the old coolant and replaced it with their own orange coolant, which was incompatible with my car. This immediately caused issues with my air conditioning and made the car's performance feel off.
Fortunately, the team recognized the problem and recommended I return the next day to see Cyx, their expert technician. I'm so glad I took their advice. Cyx was ready for me when I arrived and was an absolute professional.
Before she even started working, she thoroughly explained the situation and what she would do to fix it. Best of all, she corrected the issue completely free of charge. She quickly flushed out the incorrect coolant, added the proper green coolant, and had my car running perfectly again in a reasonable amount of time. I can't thank her enough for her expertise and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one.

Rarri and his manager were excellent and provided fantastic service. This is something you don't find everywhere they care about their customers and they do a great job. I came in to get air for my tires and my fluids topped off and they took care of that immediately. Thank you so much!

In 2023 and 2024 I had bad experiences at Grease Monkey but had a very pleasant experience today (August 2025). Jeremiah was not pushy with all the add-ons and they vacuumed the front of my car!

Highly recommend this location. Had a great experience with Jeremiah - the whole team is very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy with extra services. Plus great safety precautions for the team while I watched the oil change.

So my oil was being changed, I slipped out and threw something in my truck. The young lady under my hood immediately said customer on the floor. Justin, the manager down in the pit started throwing a fit. I rushed back inside. Then I looked thru the window and watched the manager chew the young ladie out for a good 20 seconds, threw his hat across the shop, pick it up and continue to chew her out. Totally uncalled for. I apologized to the young lady for getting her in trouble because there was absolutely no way she could have seen me walk out on the floor since she was busy under my hood. 1 🌟 just for the mangers unprofessional attitude towards his employees
