if I could give zero stars, I 100% would my brother got a haircut there and it turned out so bad. He's scared to go back. the lady never showed the back of the hair and when he said i think it should be faded the lady goes no this is how it is supposed to look.

Overall, it was a good experience. The wait time was a bit long and a bit confusing with walk-in vs. online check-in. I got a haircut from Brittany she was really nice and worked with me. She was a bit ginger about making mistakes, but I think that will be better with confidence. She did a good job.

Great clips is very convenient. You can literally book your appointment online and show up. In fact they encourage you to book online.. they will hold you in the top spot for up to an hour. Nice stylists. They work very quickly as they try to do as many haircuts as they can in the shortest amount of time. I like that.. easy in, easy out. No commitment. And the best part is they charge a reasonable price. So you can leave a good tip.

Workers are not properly trained on giving mens fades at this location. They know that they offer a low quality cut when they dont offer you a mirror as a final check. Worst Great Clips in Longmont! This place is trashService: Haircut

Despite having really positive experiences for nearly 10 years it only took one really bad experience for me to move on to a different salon/company. The estimated wait time quoted on online check in turned out to be 3x times as long... 18mins quoted, waited 58 mins. Unacceptable as they kept saying "it won't be too much longer" then "it's going to be another 30mins as we are taking lunch breaks". I asked for a discount for extended wait which they gave me and I appreciated. Then they strongly encouraged me to call GC corporate customer service. I chose to move on from GC based on two things... The manager who gave me the discount said "this happens too often and there's nothing we can do about it" and the incredibly RUDE person on the corporate customer service line. It was very obvious to me that corporate does not care about their clients AT ALL. I didn't ask for anything and was completely calm and polite yet the customer service rep yelled at me and hung up on me. TWICE. There are plenty of other places I can go to feel like a valued customer to get my haircut so that's what I'm going to do. I rarely leave negative reviews as I prefer to speak directly with the business to remedy any issues. However, I tried to do that here and got nowhere so I'm now leaving a negative review.Service: Haircut

I think they were just fine I don't know what the deal is they only have a couple of ladies working at the time I don't know what the deal is with people not being scheduled and or if there's just not anybody wanting to work I got a good haircut they got me in early and I actually like this location of Great clips and the other location East of town way better than the one on North Hoover they always give me the newbie at the one on North hover, I don't know why I always have to be the guinea pig for the newbie like I want to seasoned person not like a brand new person give me a blind person the result would be the same thank you

Always a good experience, excellent service and a great cut. My stylist today was someone new, but she asked questions of her colleagues as she was cutting my hair to ensure I had a good experience, which I did!!
