The one thing is that several times I've come to a pump, turned off the vehicle, then found a message on the screen that something is wrong. It would be better if there was that bag over the pump so I could visually see it was out of order before I turned off the vehicle and got out.”

    “Setting up a big lunch for the office was stressing me out but their prepared food and meat sections made it so simple to get everything organized. I just grabbed a bunch of their specialty meats and some of the hot items they have ready and everyone was asking me where I got it from because it tasted so homemade. They have this way of making everything feel very high end but still traditional and the prices are very fair for how much food you actually get. I love that i can just walk in and trust that whatever i pick up is going to be fresh and seasoned right without me having to double check everything. It is easily the best spot in the area if you actually care about what you are eating and i am glad i stopped by.”

    “The employees here are always nice, but the customer base is awful. I usually don’t post reviews but I saw an older man yelling at one of the up front managers I think her name is Maddie over having to stand in line. She was nicer than I would have been to that dust bag. I come in a lot during my lunch and it can get pretty busy no matter what day it is. It sucks having to wait in line but it’s life. I’ve seen customers yell at employees and be so nasty for just having to wait. Don’t you think if they had people to open more registers they would? Some people don’t want to work in a busy place where entitled people can’t stand waiting in line or decide to take it out on other people. Use some common sense people. Life is too short to be so miserable over groceries. Could be better about stuff being in stock and the digitals though”

    “Just delivered here. Appt was 1900. Checked in at 1830 and was gone by 2200. 3.5 hours. I read a lot of bad reviews and all i have to say is. Drivers, most of you want to complain about everything. If you have to wait and don’t get paid detention that’s on your company or your broker. Secondly this is food distribution, that means most of you bring in a trailer of mixed products. That has to be broken down stacked and counted then inventoried. It can be time consuming. Third. Lumper fees. It’s a bs scam in my opinion. 90% of you don’t actually pay that. If you do then you best charge the broker accordingly Lastly. Drivers. If your company isn’t paying you for your time. You are with the wrong company. If your company personally makes you pay lumper fees. You are with the wrong company”

He spent the time to get the item for me and not only that, he cared enough to ask how my day was going. I have to just say how much I appreciate this amazing customer service!     Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
