I can't give an honest review about the room or location because I called to cancel my reservation. I was then informed that since it was part of a block, I was obligated to pay one night. The woman in charge of booking the block was rude to most of the parents from our team. Unfortunately the weather cancelled the tournament and several times mentioned how much she hates softball teams for being wishy washy. I then had to call today to have them email me the receipt since the pending charge is over the quoted block rate. The only positives were the front desk employees who I spoke to to book and get the receipt sent. I would not recommend based on the phone interactions from the Assistant GM or Night Auditor (the girl I spoke to wasn't sure which one was responsible for the bad customer service). Softball teams beware!

Had a horrible experience at the Home2 in Longmont, with staff trying to force us out early while trying to rest after a concert. We called the Hampton cause we were in no shape to drive back out of state. Barbara who was working front desk was able to get us an early check in room where we were able to sleep.Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, Lou who was working front desk when we left the next day was very nice and recommended a coffee shop that was really good.

Needed a room at 9:30am after housekeeping at another property continued to wake us up every half hour by knocking since 8am. We had booked at that property for a concert, as we live out of state, and only got a couple of hours of sleep before they began knocking. This hotel got us in immediately in the morning so we could sleep. I think the MOD who got us the room said her name is Barbara. She was super friendly And the hotel is very clean and has a rustic style that makes it feel very cozy. You know guest service is amazing when they help make up for issues from a totally different property. Thanks so much!

The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. I had a reservation mix-up (with a third party booking company, not the hotel) and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us.They did a great job!The place is modest, clean and comfortable.I'd definitely stay again.

In a word, over charged.I made a reservation for 4 nights at 111 dollars a night.I was told there was a 50 returned deposit after checking out.Same as my previous stay. While I made the reservation I ask for the total including tax, deposit, so I could put that amount into my checking for the payment.I was told the total with all fees was 541 dollars. So I checked in.Two hours later I look at my bank app, and they were charging me 641 dollars.I ask why this happened and was told the deposit was 100 dollars.Still the math isn't adding up.The front desk could not explain this delema nor would they honor the reservation originally made.I work to hard for my money for other folks to play games with it.I decided to just leave.I will not be going back there again. The money is not so much the issue as is the business practices. They lost a customer.J. We loved the fresh brewed and delicious coffees with several selections along with creamers that were available all day along. The hot breakfasts were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable and pillows soft and fluffy. We had a wonderful 4-night stay!

This place over charged me. I made a reservation at 111 dollars a night. Plus a 50 dollar deposit to get back after checking out. I ask when making the reservation for 4 nights what the total was with taxes and said deposit. I was told word for word that total was 541.00. After checking in, I later looked at my bank account. They were charging me 641.00 I inquired. I was told it was a deposit and that it was 100 dollars. All the sudden it changed ? This was never discussed when making the reservation. They would not honor what was told to me. The person at the desk could not even explain it well. I immediately checked out I don't think I will visit here no more. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate people playing games with it. Do the math, it doesn't make sense. Truly sad .... I will also warn others about this. Lost a customer. J. Hoots.

This Hampton Inn has become our go to hotel for CU visits, due to price vs access to Boulder. However, as the price of Hampton's creep up into higher ranges, some things are really starting to annoy me. The lack of towels, two for two adults when one is a female? and there are NO towel racks for hand towels! Only a hook on the door for bath towels.... We can't just throw them on the floor as they have to be used for at least two nights! Hampton needs to step up their game, I've had more bad experiences in 2023 than the previous years combined and the prices have almost doubled!
