Hands on tech is AWESOME! Been having them do work on my cars for 5+ years! Always customer oriented. Always keep you informed on what they are doing and how much it costs. My car has 113000 miles on it, runs great! Hands on tech is so much better than any dealership. I only trust them to work on my car.

The process was very smooth, texted the issue and they replied with an estimate, dropped off the car and the next day the repair was completed. Another shop quoted almost $400 (45%) more for the same repair on my other vehicle. There was no attempt to sell me upgraded air filter or a golden windshield wiper. I appreciate the honesty and my experience was truly awesome!

Tom communicates quickly, clearly, and transparently and he's very knowledgeable. There was a glitch with my car repair, and when I spoke with Tom, he responded quickly, respectfully, and in good faith; he expressed genuine curiosity to understand and address my concern fully and fairly. Character matters and Tom is a man of character. He does good work, and in the off-chance that something goes sideways, please, simply (and respectfully) talk with him. I have been a dealership technician for 30 years and have serious health issues now and unable to do this kind of work anymore.
I'd sure like to know what kind of integrity a shop has to charge 100 dollars for a oil change charge for windshield washer fluid and not fill it? No millage sticker in the windshield, repair 3800 dollars worth of oil leaks and not clean off anything?
I am not impressed at all by your parts changers work. You know who's mustang this is

After further review this place over charges like nuts. I went in knowing the problem with and engine code and everything. It could have only been a few things, or that’s where anyone would start. They still charged $350 for diagnoses which ended up being and wire in an ignition coil. They swapped that out… for $350 more. I now have an Audi and had the same misfire and went to dynamic imports they did the same diag and not only switched two ignition coils but did all the spark plugs for $280. So I’m curious how a wire got to $700 with this shop.. too expensive. If you have an import go to dynamic imports trust

Today I brought my truck in because it didn’t have AC. I havnt used Hands on yet but he had the machine to determine what the problem was. The owner, Tom stopped what he was doing and worked on my truck for three hours fixing the problem. While I was waiting he offered snacks and beverages. Tom went out of his way to take care of me and he did it in 100 degree heat. I can’t thank him and the staff enough. Highly recommend this shop. They’re honest and fair.

Solid mechanic. Great people. No BS. Finding a good, honest, reliable auto shop can be challenging, especially moving into a new town. Glad I found these guys. Very detailed, easy to understand, breakdowns are provided from their inspections and they’re great at communicating priorities from that list so you can decide what you need to do and figure out what you are able to do if budget restricted. Highly recommend.

Tom and his team always take good care of us and our cars. They never try to upsell you in unnecessary repairs. They stand behind their work and the prices are always very reasonable. They also supply pictures and very clear explanation on any potential work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!!
